Coffeebar is one of those places that bring me so much joy! The staff, the coffee, and the vibe are always top notch. A lot of mountain towns have sub par coffee shops, so when I found Coffeebar, I was so delighted! They take great care in brewing perfect espresso and offer a variety latte drinks. Don’t sleep on their baked goods either, because everything is fantastic and made in-house. I highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area (but honestly, it’s even worth coming from anywhere in north Tahoe to spend the morning!

Cute coffee shop with a variety of food and drink options.
None of the pastries had prices on them, they forgot about the pastries we ordered that were warmed up. When they realized and brought them over the girl dropped one of them and had to re-do the warm up process, so we waited about 20mins for some pastries. Finally got our order without any sort of interaction about waiting so long like “sorry about the wait” just unwelcoming silence…

Cant say much about the food as I didnt have any but came here all three days for coffee during the afternoon.
It is local and off the main strip in downtown Truckee. Youll find it nestled in the back street of Jibboom next to a well curated outdoor clothing retailer that just opened a year ago.
Seating outside is ample and indoor is cozy. I like there variations of flavored Lattes but my go to is the Americano.
Go get yourself an espresso after a couple hours on the strip before heading back to the cabin. Its a great way to decompress.

Redid the menu and removed one of my favs— quinoa bowl — and basically stealthily raised their prices again. No prices on the croissants. Nice ambience but they you off so I will come less and less.

Don’t order the quiche unless you like soggy uncooked eggs lol coffee was not hot was luke warm. Just because they have a ‘cute’ environment with no available parking doesn’t make this place the best coffee shop in truckee. GO TO WILD CHERRIES!! 100 x’s better than this place

Picked this place on a whim on our way back from the Donner Museum and it didn't disappoint! The honey almond latte was delicious. Foamy, subtle, and not too sweet like other flavored lattes. Service was a bit slow, but it was a holiday weekend in a tourist town so I can understand.

Exceptional coffee, service and food! Their espressos and lattes are on point. Avocado toast was perfect with fresh and full ingredients. Great service. Anyone who loves good coffee and is in the area should stop by. Will be coming back

Cute spot, friendly staff and good vibe. We ordered two coffees, a granola bowl and a veg burrito. Taking higher food costs and inflation into account, both meals were surprisingly spare for the price. The burrito was small and resembled more of a panini press type of wrap. Knowing this I probably wouldn’t go back for the food. Coffee was okay. I think we just expected a bit more considering the high cost.

The staff was not friendly or inviting. We had to say hello to them before we were ever greeted and we were the only people in there. Today is earth day and they charged us an additional $1 to use paper to go cups? The $ was donated to an environmental cause but we didn’t appreciate not having the option to donate and it being required. They said we wouldn’t be charged extra if we stayed and drank the coffee in house but we had to get back on the road. All for the coffee to not even taste good— they were watery and we could hardly taste espresso. I was excited to show my bf this place as I had good experiences in the past but this turned me off from coming again.
