Delicious and really affordable! My wife and I are French, these are by far the best ham and cheese croissants we've tasted in the U.S so far. All the other pastries look just as good. You can tell they're homemade, made from scratch, with good quality ingredients. Very tasty and affordable for what you get. They also have real good organic coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. Highly recommend it :)

Good bagel but bad service. After waiting 15 minutes for a toasted bagel with lox, I noticed several people getting their orders who came after me and had hot food. I complained but wasn't offered anything. I think they only started my order after I said something. For spending more than $10, I expect better service. Maybe an apology or a bag of chips. Something. Experience was ruined by a 20 minute wait. Should have been 5. Maybe I would go back if I called in with my order ahead of time, but this is no New York In and Out deli.

Unhappy and unfriendly staff, I felt like a burden to them.

Long wait, but that's not really their fault. But spilling an entire shaker of salt on a bagel and telling us "it's supposed to be salty" is just plain mean. And the solution of giving us a soda cup is uncool.
But hey I'm sure the food is good if they only spill a bit of the shaker next time

We had breakfast one day here. Good bagels. Convenient location. Opens early.

The deli is in a great location. If you can beat the crowds in the morning, it is a convenient place to stop on your way to the hill.
Beyond that, the service is incredibly slow and the bagels are not great. Expect to wait 15+ minutes for a bacon, egg, and cheese.
If you’re after a quick hot breakfast, other spots in town do it better.

Main bakery in the village. Opens early. Can call ahead for takeout orders. Lots of coffee options, good teas, fresh baked everything. No donuts. Tables inside and out. Gets busy by 7am in the morning.

Very slow service and mediocre food. The staff was friendly and nice, but it took over 20 minutes to get our sandwiches.
- My mom got the hot pastrami and enjoyed it
- A friend got the BLAT and at first they forgot her avocado - they gave it to her when he asked, and then she enjoyed her sandwich
- My beyond burger was bland
- another friend's ham sandwich was bland
- My dad's pretzel dog was tough/chewy
And the prices are pretty steep - each sandwich cost around $10.

It takes way too long to get a bagel here. This is when they are and are not busy. We gave them 3 tries during our visit, all times the bagels come with dark burnt edges on the bagels and once with the wrong toppings. The last time we walked in we specifically asked for lightly toasted and we got a rude stare and a burnt bagel. We gave the bagel back and the manager was very nice and understanding.
We like the fresh bagels but Starbucks around the corner is cleaner and more put together.

Delicious breakfast! We had an omelet and pancakes - definitely recommendable!
