Coffee is phenomenal! And get a Peony. Delicious egg, soy chorizo wrap on a spinach tortilla. I'm no vegetarian or anything... just sounded amazing and was. Should've taken a picture, but not a morsel left!

Fantastic dirty chai and chicken and waffles! Super cute cafe. Definitely want to go back next time I'm in the area.

Adorable place and I'm a regular there. That said...
In my last 3 trips, (1) I have asked for oat milk and you guys 100% just didn't listen, (2) I ordered a salad basically just for the brussel sprouts that come with it...and received a salad without brussel sprouts on it, and (3) I ordered yet another drink with oat milk that came to me without it. You guys are very nice but the fact is you are sloppy. And I hate to say that because I love the place. But you are. When I pay FIFTY DOLLARS for 2 drinks, a salad, and a sandwich...you really can't be making these kinds of consistent mistakes. Get better.

Indoor and outdoor seating. Pleasant staff. Assortment of pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Plenty of street parking both right around the corner, and down Balboa Blvd.

I come here so much. That everyone knows me by my name. This place is awesome. Coffee and food are great. The staff is the cherry on top. Always super friendly and very attentive.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The Staff is so nice and extremely professional! I LOVE the Chicken and Waffles as breakfast or lunch! The Louisianna Honey Hot Sauce really amps it up! They also have literally the best Black Iced Tea in the valley. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
