Autumn spice latte (hot) with a Lemon pastry. The latte was good but it was way too sweet for me, should have gotten half the sweetener. The lemon pastry was pretty amazing, never had anything like it, it was like eating lemon flavored rice pudding? kind of just melted on your tongue. I also tried their lavender latte and it was very tasty! It's a cute little place in a plaza with some parking in the plaza. Sraff was friendly, nut the energy was off & unfortunately the prices a bit too high for the portions, I think.

Probably the best coffee in the north valley! I strongly recommend getting the single origin espresso! The americano is wonderful, especially iced. If you leave without trying one of the breakfast burritos, YOU MISSED OUT!!! Hope u enjoy:)

Super cozy little coffee shop in such a random location! Did not expect to find such a wholesome spot for early morning coffee runs, but here it is!
Really recommend getting their growlers for at-home cold brews, especially if you don't have time to always go and still want a nice brew.
Do NOT overlook this place, and don't be afraid to ask the staff what they like because they are SUPER friendly!

Only issue is the parking but it's not too bad and usually cars come and go quickly.

I absolutely LOVE this coffee shop! I started going here a few months ago and boy is their coffee delicious! I usually get the Lavender Oat Milk latte. I like the hot better but I started getting it iced because the portion is larger. Their pastries are excellent too but order early because they go fast! They have been handling COVID so well. You can quickly place your order online and then they place your beverage on a clean table right outside their store for pick up - no line ever and always fast! I hope they make it through this pandemic and beyond because this has become my favorite local coffee shop!

The coffee was excellent, all though pricey, $5+ for a small cup. Baked goods were excellent. Parking is very limited. Service was really good, friendly folks

I’ve been coming here for several months and they never have any pastries … very disappointing.

Updates - I’ve come here 3 more times since my previous review - always at noon - and they still never have pastries. Today I was able to snag a blueberry muffin for the first time and it was cold as if it came from the freezer and greasy. I will not be giving this place any more chances. Always disappointing.

I been to roots about 5 times and every time the coffee has been amazing and the baristas have been very friendly. This is my favorite coffee in the valley and highly recommend the sweet latte 50% sweet. You will be coming back for more. Tip: There is parking in the front and back.

Good coffee, friendly staff. Parking can be a bit hectic but that is not their fault.

Amazing cookies and they have Vybes Cbd water.

This is the best coffee shop in the northern San Fernando Valley area. They have a unique flavor especially the iced mocha with almond milk. Their cookies are salted which makes it so flavorful. It's no wonder it's a hot spot.
The staff is friendly and are a dedicated coffee shop. Coffee connoisseurs would love this location

I've always wanted to go to this coffee shop. I always see a line out the door in the am. So I wondered what the coffee was like. Oh my wow their coffee is so delicious. Better than Starbucks in my opinion. I'm glad that after 2 years of not trying it I finally made it in. I will for sure but coffee here in the future and skip Starbucks. Nice local little coffee shop for sure and the vibe inside was welcoming. The staff was also super nice and answered all my questions since it was my first time. If you're in the area please give them a try. You won't be disappointed for sure. My new go to place for coffee.
