Dutch Bros Coffee

First time going, lines were long. People that worked there were super nice. Got the golden eagle... it was pretty much milk with a dash of coffee and caramel, had to throw it away. Don't think this place is for me but might still be for you.

We came here to see what the hype was all about and were supremely disappointed. For some context, I didn't know much about the place thinking they had really good "coffee" but instead, they serve foufou drinks, kinda like a Jamba Juice of coffee .

The line is pretty long and they do not have seating other than a couple of benches outdoors. To their credit, the customer service is awesome and they kids taking orders and serving drinks were great but the coffee was terrible. My Americano was super watered down with no flavor and the latte didn't have any foam!

If you are looking for a super sugary, chocolatey, gamely, syrupy, extra double pump triple sweet, topped with whipped cream coffee, this is your spot!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌 The coffe and teas are delicious I highly recommend the Golden Eagle and White Zombie they offer so many options especially for decaf and very inexpensive. My daughter loves the smoothies

First time here, service took to long, guy in the window wants to do small talk, since the coffee wasn't ready yet. When I got to the window, it looked like bunch of teenagers were just hanging out inside playing around instead of working cause they were standing in a circle tasting something and laughing, there was only one girl (which looked the oldest) was the only one working hard. Coffe is good but it took to long, not impressed due to there were alot of employees. It took 20 minutes by the time I got my drink in my hand and there were only 4 cars ahead of me.

Worth the 45 minute wait in the drive thru line. I got a campout cold brew and a ba-nay-nay. The guy at the window asked if I had ever been to a Dutch Bros before, because it seemed like I was in the know or something to that effect haha. I was a first timer that just used her time in line well by picking drinks that aren't available everywhere. I am so happy with my drinks and their customer service. Will definitely be back!

Heard a lot of hype about this brand. So the aesthetic is cool. Waiting in a line for 40 minutes to get a coffee definitely didnt dampen the hype. I got a hot Kicker, an irish cream breve. Tasted like frothy medium roast. After all the hype I seriously expected to taste something really great. It's not bad. it's not very good. I honestly thought for a moment I had COVID 19 because the taste was so underwhelming.
I might try it again if the line isn't up and down and up and down the parking lot.

Very expensive for the quality of drink. You are served by teens (that should be in school) run to take your order as you drive up. The only place that seem to demand a tip (for what I don't know, aren't they paid a salary.) Music blasting. Employees gathered around a table, one nursing a Starbucks. No menu to be seen. Oh yeah, just what are you selling?
