I want to start of by saying that the customer service is great day one I went and I was in and out in less then 6 mins my coffee was great considering I never had before. The guy that helped knew the menu and I tried his recommendation. Everything was great!
day 2, the line was long like the first day but this time not flowing, I knew what I wanted this time after reading the menu and I asked for extra pumps of the syrup and the drizzle. This kid was new new, he told us which is fine but he knew nothing on the menu and was struggling working the tablet they used. My card wasn't reading because he kept pushing the button too soon so the order process was a delay BUT I'm okay with that. Then we make it to the window after being in line for over 20 mins and they have my drinks ready to go and I am rushing now running late for work and I see my drink is not drowned in drizzle I said its fine their vibes were so happy I asked for my receipt and left. I taste my drink and nearly died. He added 4 extra shots on top of the 2 it came with instead of my extra pumps of syrup. so needless to say I waited in line for way longer then anticipated , was late for work, and still got no coffee out of it, day 2 was very much different then the 1st day. I only am writing this review because I tried to call the store to see if I can go by on lunch or something for a different cup or see what they can do but no answer. I am not bashing just wish they train a little bit more before then send out the newbies. My husband enjoyed his coffee, both days as well.

This spot is always busy, but the line goes fast and the workers are very friendly and organized.
I always get a Trifecta: white chocolate, mocha and caramel flavors. Great hot or as a freeze!

This establishment is honestly the best, ALL of the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I didn't happen to get the name of the sweetheart that took my order this morning, but she was so helpful with explaining the different coffees and the deal that was going on this week. Bri (I hope this is how you spell your name), if you see this, you made my day and you are so sweet and so nice. Bri was the lady that gave me my drinks at the window. One of my drinks wasn't quite ready yet and her and I just talked the whole time. I would love to be your friend, Bri! Oh and the drinks are absolutely AMAZING!! For sure give this place a try, you will not be disappointed in the slightest!

Seems hit or miss. First couple times I visited things were great but I just went tonight and ordered a golden eagle frost and a puppachino. Line took longer than normal but then I got my drink and no pup cup (sorry Kevin🐶) and I'm pretty sure my drink is just vanilla ice cream without coffee. It was a miss tonight.

No indoor seating...good for drive thru. Lots of sugary, frosty, creamy drink if that's what you want. I ordered keto ameicano at walk up counter and it took good 10 minute...no clue why it took so long.

A slow decline in taste of coffee and service. I was in line when an employee demanded that I went to the back of the other line. Their reason for it was "to manage traffic." This would've been fine by me of they were doing this to every car, but I quickly noticed that they were not being fair. A little after I moved to the back of the line another completely new car went to the line I was in previously. I waited for the employees to tell them something, but they never did. Then another car went in again and again they didn't tell the car what they told me. Three cars went in and I was the only one who was sent to the back. They all got their orders way before I did. Then when I pulled up to get my order it was completely wrong and on top of that the coffee was not good.

Stopped by this location on our way in from AZ. Their lanes are very poorly marked, and after waiting for 10 minutes in the "wrong" line we were asked to move to the back of the other one. When we finally ordered, the employee had no clue what one of the drinks was even though it's one that was recommended by DBs employees at other locations as being a "classic" (OG Grand Canyon). He tried his best, but when we receieved it we knew they had just thrown something together randomly. I would have rather had them be honest with me, so we could have ordered something they would recognize. Thankfully this was just a one-time stop, but I hope they improve on their general organization and customer service.

I am highly pleased! Everyone is so friendly, and the drinks are amazing!! So tasty and made to perfection. Prices are also very reasonable! Can't wait for the new location! So much closer to home. 😍
