Dutch Bros Coffee

Great drinks, staff is always very friendly and helpful. Pricing is comparable to other coffee shops. Staff is great with explaining beverage options and suggestions. If you say you normally get [insert coffee drink name here], they'll suggest drinks that are the same or very similar. Lines can get long during morning rush but normally moves fast and most of the day the line is short.

Staff is hilarious! Kapiolani(?) was very nice, walked us through the menu and recommended the kicker! Very cool spot

Service was 5 star! Great bunch of kids working there and they really seem to enjoy it. The drink I ordered was tasty, just a bit too sweet for me. It was busy when I arrived, but got through the line fairly quickly, as they have 2 lanes. They even bring out your drink(s) directly to your vehicle, very streamlined service.

Always such great service and speedy! I just wish it was closer to home. The iced lattes are delicious. I love how many sugar free options are available.

So far everytime I've been thrre always greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude.

To be our first time I wasn't impressed. They had no menue available for us to see at drive-thru. When asked at girl in cashier she didn't give us options.

This was our first visit. Went New Year's Day. All the Starbucks were closed, so this location was super busy. There was staff coming up to each car, taking orders. The young lady taking our order was not wearing a mask. This made me uncomfortable. I had my mask on, fortunately. Come on, people, whether or not you believe in masks, in CA, staff coming in contact with many people should have a mask on. Especially with Omnicron.
We were both disappointed that the only baked goods were muffin tops. We're not fans. The coffee was ok, but we'll stick to Starbucks.

Services very fast and the coffee is wonderful

First time visiting. The gal taking the order was energetic, kind and fun. She was excited to have me there. I had downloaded the app prior to heading there and was excited to see a free drink reward. But Dutch Bros went above and beyond by giving me my two drinks for free. I will definitely be abandoning the other guys coffee for this great service.
