Dutch Bros Coffee

My sister convinced my husband and I to try this place and wow, Dutch Bros did not disappoint!!! We ordered a Picture Perfect and I am very impressed. We will be back! Great customer service and nice staff.

If you ask for a medium sized drink with no ice, they will bring you out a medium sized cup half full. You will then be told that the medium sized drink you ordered can be filled up the rest of the way to fit the medium sized cup for a additional charge. So if you want a medium sized drink with no ice you have to pay extra what you paid for your medium sized drink...i ordered a medium drink. Really judging myself for tipping. Also im not interested in emailing your feed back people. A medium drink

I'm not too thrilled to have to drive thru a maze just to be able to place my order... the people who work there are seem like they themselves have had too much coffee already..the service is fairly quick and the coffee is ok..

I love the drinks. They have so many Sugarfree options, but I could do without the loud music in the background as I am conversation at the window. (Maybe i am just getting old) 🤣

It was my first time here. The people in the two drive through lines were very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my dairy and soy free iced coffee and would order it again. The only problem is the two drive through lanes. They tell to in advance to take turns at the end of the line that goes to the window. But sadly some of the people thought if they got infant of some one they could get their coffee. Not so and then they would have to wait at the window. The car in front of me was intimidated by two pushy cars and put things all out of order. They actually came out and gave me my coffee and I was able to leave.

The Irish Cream Nitro was delicious! The line was long but the employees hopping from car to car along with the two lanes made it a quick and painless process.

Machines where down they denied all my debit cards but the guy hooked us up with two drink on them not sure if they paid for them in cash since the system looked down but if they did thank them first time there and I love the team

Wow! In a world where much of good customer service has diminished, it still exsists at dutch bros. Sweet, professional, helpful staff. Great coffee, awesome option. Super knowledgable staff. Bri was patient and amazing. Be sure to download the new app. Made my day great!
