The most unorganized drive thru I've been to. No lines but still took a good 10 minutes. The key pad wouldn't work, the girl couldn't get draw open to give us change and the music was so loud she couldn't even hear me when I was helping her with the amount I was to receive back

Great customer service. But a 25 minute wait. So get your phone out and have fun.

Always a good experience here! This is our absolute favorite coffee shop. You will not find a better coffee shop anywhere! The staff is always super friendly no matter which location. They are also very helpful on choosing something if you are uncertain. You can just tell them what you are in the mood for and they are happy to help. I have done this several times and always gotten something I have enjoyed!

Staff amazing, above and beyond, working harder then anybody I've seen in a very long time. Drinks are good and the wait goes by faster than you think so really give it a chance. Starbucks culture can be cancer, this is the cure.

My friend totally raved about this spot when he lived in Arizona so I tried it and am completely satisfied! Finally a spot that doesn't go over board on the syrup and doesn't burn the coffee! They are so alive, friendly and engaging which is a lot better from Starbucks that can put a drag on your day. I usually support only local small shops but great customer service is hard to find. Great thing is when you aren't satisfied they'll go over and beyond to fix it. Had the lavender latte today, wasn't the best 😅 reminds me to much of soap but the brew was so good it helped a lot to not have the lavender overpower. Great team Great work...please add boba!

Everyone is so kind and happy here. 😊 Service is always fast ( I think I waited for maybe a minute, but I was getting espresso. You can't rush perfection.)

Make sure you ask for Kapiolani! She made me the best drink for it einh my first time. I loved the mix. It was the Cookie Dough Nitro

This location has the better quality drinks and the staff are always friendly and welcoming

Love this Dutch Bros! We stopped here every morning on our vacation. We already miss it!! The staff is so insanely friendly, it is hard to describe how nice they are.
