Peet's Coffee

Inspired me to start drinking more peets in my home town. Delicious white mocha y’all got!

Some of the baristas are pretty rude. The coffee is good though. I hate that they don't put the lids on the cups. I ordered a frozen blended drink with whip cream and they did not put the lid on. When I attempted to put the lid on the whip cream pushed down into the cup and overflowed the cup. Making a mess all over my hands and the cup. The barista was bothered I asked for help cleaning the counter and the cup. She didn't apologize even though she should have know it would happen because she was the one who put so much on it, she makes these drinks every day. I was also bothered that I paid for 3 add shots and that there was quite bit of my drink left in the blender that I did not get. Likely at least a full shot remained in the blend because there was almost enough in there for another small drink...I felt like I paid for my shots and I want them.

Black tie cold brew was good. But next time I'll get an extra shot. Service was quick and staff were friendly

There need more coffee hangouts. It gets very busy. Plugging in your phones is very important all day long.

Always consistent service and coffee. The quality of the specialized drinks (cappuccino, latte, etc.) varies depending on the barista. The cold brew is always delicious, and the staff is always friendly.

The usual Peet's experience from a coffee standpoint - exceptional. However, the baked goods have something to be desired. I ordered an almond croissant and its texture was dry, as if it came a day old. Also, it seems that this particular location is a popular hangout of a not inconsiderable number of mentally-ill and/or homeless customers. Not saying that Peet's shouldn't welcome these people if they are paying customers, but it is jarring at Peet's to see things like men rambling to themselves, or another eating a bowl of ramen then spilling the remnants all over the floor.

Love love the coffee drinks but the surrounding location with vagabonds makes it difficult to enjoy your drink.

Great coffee! Fast service! Conveniently located downtown Hayward. Lots of parking available.

This place great seating and drinks. The only thing that I didn't like about this place was that it was pretty sketch right outside.
