After having frustrated functions in the Peet's Coffee App at the front of the B St. Hayward location, their employees were awesome and helpful. However, their app needs some improvements. the app freezes on the selection of Pickup/Delivery.

The management is great here. The drinks are fairly consistent. Seating is adequate, though usually occupied. Lines move fast and the employees are usually friendly. More of an in and out place than a sit and chill/work cafe though.

Even though they forgot the cinnamon on my birthday drink, it was delicious. The team were kind and helpful when I asked questions (not regarding the aforementioned cinnamon). I would give 4.5, if possible, 5 if I my drink was perfect.

Staff not always attentive. No outdoor seating. Can be times when there's no space to sit down since there's not a lot of seating available. Often out of most baked goods by early afternoon. Typical Peets, high quality coffee.

Disrespectful and personally to invest with regulars enough to create a highschool locker room feeling. Places of this sort is supposed to serve as a neutral Haven providing a clear a try atmosphere for anyone to gather themselves and possibly gain a fresh prospective. I am debriding from a long and hard battle with homelessness,grief ,physical and mental health conditions but am glad I chose this period to visit here because the experience could and may just as cost someone their precious 💞💞💕💕💞💞💞💞 life. I speak healing in that place father, show up in their lives being the empathetic and forgiving force that welcomes broken souls for intermittent time away with incident,. NO MORE INSULT TO INJURIES

Coffee is fine and staff are friendly. Only downside is their Wifi does not connect to my MacBook half the time. I never have connection issues at any Starbucks. Just seems to be a Peet’s issue. Hope they resolve it or more people like me will just work and get their coffee somewhere that does not have Wifi connection issues.

The house coffee was wonderful, fresh brewed & aromatic. The gal at the counter recomended the Gluten-Free carrot cake muffin. She was right. It's delicious!
My husband complemented his hot chocolate & apple filled pastry.
Next time we're in Hayward, we are stopping here.
I wish there was a Pete's Coffee in our town! We have many Starbucks: there's no comparison.

Very friendly and speedy staff. Very good service! I would've given 5 stars if my coffee didn't come up a little watery a couple of times. But they always make me another one.
