Always a lovely experience. Love their Canopy of Heaven tea.

I typically receive really nice service here. I've only ever ordered the cherry blossom green tea because I am not very adventurous when it comes to tea. I will say, this tea is TRULY enjoyable it is sweet with a bit of lemon. This location is the perfect stop during a nice stroll around the stores, it's a nice refresher.

The tea was ok. but I had a weird experience by one of the employees. I asked for what desserts they have, and she mentioned we have Raspberry Brulee!🤔 and confirmed again after I asked.
Despite all other staff noticed that she made a mistake and told her ( with some giggles back there) she actually served me a Raspberry CHEESECAKE instead. and I told her this is raspberry cheesecake! and she said no, this is raspberry brulee!!
we all make mistakes but the way we react to them is what it matters.

Absolutely delicious. Decadent pastries and desserts. Their extensive tea selection gives you plenty of options for whatever you're in the mood for. They make tea in house and can send you off with packed bags of loose leaf to take home and have a lovely cup in the comfort of your own home. I'm so happy I came in and was impressed, not just satisfied.
Edit 4/17/2022: I won't remove a star, but I am super bummed my loose chopped chai that I bought isn't as strong as what was brewed for me at their location. The person who bagged my loose leaf encouraged me to mix my chopped chai with black tea because "that's how it's brewed." But now I have a bag of basically black tea. At the register I was warned that the chai was very spicy, but that's what I like chai for. It was delicious! I wanted that same experience for every cup at home. Guess I'll just leave the black tea out next time.

I don't even like tea at all, but Teazer's is an exception. Love their Honolulu tea drink especially, was my all time favorite. They also had a Cherry Lemon one that was almost as good as well, just never was disappointed with those drinks, always consistent. The worst part was just the line being long because it's such a popular place. :)

First time here. Quite the popular place on a Friday night! Would give it five stars for the quality of taste. So many options to choose from that’s for sure! Was surprised by the cost. Friendly staff lots of fun different table sizes to sit at and different corners of the restaurant to meet in. Enjoyed it. If you like and lots and lots of options of teas to choose from and this is a great place the cost of it will probably limit how often I come.

Nice refreshing tea. Need more food items for me to stay awhile. I love the setup, but again not a lot of food to offer. Hate the tea being stored in a light not dark jars. Nice place to meet and chat with a good friend. The decor is on trend.

I have been multiple times, and it’s always a great atmosphere to hang out with friends or a good place to sit and study, good tea with a very wide selection of flavors. Helpful staff that give you great recommendations. A+ service.

Tried the pomegranate hibiscus tea and it had an after taste. Will be trying other flavors.
