Ordered 2 drinks and took over 30min. We were the only the customers in the store for 15min. The 3 girls clearly forgot about us and instead were talking with one another. Served 2 other guests before us and didn't even even realize they had forgotten our oder. When we asked about a manager, she acted confused and couldn't give any info about when he'd be in. Finally received our drinks with missing items.

Nice little teahouse with pleasant atmosphere and good amount of seating. The service was good and tea selection was decent. I got a hot Jamaican peach tea which really hit the spot on a chilly December afternoon. Restroom is clean and well stocked but very dimly lit.

English Breakfast Tea was disappointing. Plus the menu the clerk gave me showed $4.50, but then then he said "that will be $6.50." I pointed out the mistake and he said, "oh. That's an old menu. Thev've been promising us new menus forever." Yes, I paid the $6.50 because I really wanted some tea. Not a good experience at all.
I'll never go back. Ever.

The best place around to go and feel so relaxed. I love this place all three locations are amazing.

Good place to sit and talk, the cakes are very delicious 😋 and the shop has awesome sitting arrangements for few to large number of people. They have lot of different teas and all of them are good. Check it out.

The tea is good I always get the Scottish breakfast hot with a little bit of honey and cream. The Ambiance is relaxing and quiet. There's no parking directly outside so just a little bit of a walk to get to the entrance. They lose one star for me only because they are a bit pricey. I understand being in that shopping center might be costly but it's definitely a special occasion tea for me;)
There is indoor and outdoor seating.

I was in Teazers Riverpark this past Tuesday and woah!! The 2 cashiers were handling the customer rush like a BOSS!! If you have never cashiered with a short staff, which is very common now at days, then you have no room to talk. You go girls!!💪🏼

Every drink I've tried has been great!

Ordered the chai but it tasted like water with a cinnamon aftertaste. Given that they sell water cups for 1 dollar, suggest you get that if you must buy here. Else try a boba tea place. Disappointed that they sell as a tea shop but don’t know how to use their product.
