Teasers is a delightful place. They have a wide variety of basic teas, blends, fruit infusions, and more. There are also often a variety of pastries available.
The Riverpark location is always somewhat busy, but midweek visits you can find a comfortable corner to sit back, relax, and drink tea. It's a great place to meet a friend and catch up. They do have wifi available so it can also be a pleasant place to work. There are restrooms here as well, if that is a concern. The location is clean and well lit, and fairly easy to find. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be going back!

Great staff, awesome tea. The Brazilian Coconut is my fav. Han Solo makes a pretty good tea too. Never had an issue here. Just added on more seating and expanded the side. I have recommended to all my family and they love as well ❤

Just stopped in for a good drink.but was met with employees that didn't smile, didn't wait on us until we asked if anyone was taking orders. Several people standing around finally an employee slowly wandered over to take our order. There were several other people waiting. I love Teazers but doubt I will be back to this store. The store over on Olive and the one on Shaw ave are the best. Smiling and showing you care to wait on them goes a long way. Management needs to step up.

I enjoy myself a nice cup of tea when in the mood. Sometimes on a cold winter night, I'll make an occasional trip to teazers to warm up with a nice cup of chai tea.

During the summer season, I like to refresh my senses and channel my inner roots with a cup of raspberry tea with a hint of hibiscus. I remember these drinks because the impact and experience I had with them when I was recommended when I first visited teazers. It was the customer service and friendliness that made me a happy supporter of the spot and I have had no problems since...

Until tonight.

I came to fellowship with friends and enjoy my usual night out on the town, but I had stopped by Dutch bros to enjoy another favorite drink of mine and thus could not finish it before I stepped into the establishment.

Upon going to the back and sitting with friends, I was immediately told to not block the fire exit which was fine as I understand safety regulations but one thing really bothered me, the next phrase uttered to me was "We don't allow outside drinks." I was immediately disappointed to hear that as many of my friends and clients for business meetings were not interrupted when they brought outside drinks throughout the times I had been there. The tone was very short and cold, which made me feel unwelcome, undoing the connection that had been made and the look the employee gave me was one of disgust.

It would seem that the staff has changed and the atmosphere destroyed. A place that had been a wonderful edition to my list of reviews has tarnished it's reputation and you have lost a customer.

I will not be returning to any teazers for tea as they seem to only value those who exclusively purchase their own drinks. I am very disappointed as the same treatment had happened to friends of mine before I got there on this incident.

The prices on the menu are not updated so a $7 pot of tea was $10. Plus, they charge for cream and sugar. Won’t be back

Great tea place. Lots of variety.

If you're a tea purist then they have some stuff for you but primarily you'll be looking at sugar filled fusion drinks that just taste awesome. I'm a huge fan of their milk teas. If you're looking for something sweet and refreshing on a warm day then this is your place.

First and probably only time in. Ordered a $6 cup of iced tea and a $6 piece of red velvet cake. I received a red velvet bunt, which was very stale. They were nice enough to apologize and give me the slice of red velvet cake instead. The slice of cake tasted VERY bad (like the display case it came from) and although it wasn't as stale as the bunt it was still not edible. Maybe this is just too fancy of a place for me and stale is the IN thing. I love red velvet cake but the red velvet I like comes from Costco where it's always fresh and you can buy an entire cake for under $10. If I'm going to buy just a piece of red velvet cake at almost the cost of an entire cake, it should taste at least as good as the Costco cake. This would have been a one start except the ladies working here were very nice.

I like that they are still keeping the 'hipster' atmosphere. They have really tasteful tea at a decent price and there is a lot of seating at this location!

I usually buy there powder chai tea from this location as well.
