Love this place! The tea tenders are so friendly and helpful. I really recommend the strawberry fields tea over ice, so delicious on a hot Fresno day!

Alwaulys a good spot. A little tough to get into the place due to location, but it's worth it.

Love the products but the employees at this location are pretty rude. A few are nice, but most have been rude and tend to ignore you. Tower location is great, but I finally gave up on this one because of the bad service.

Very unique place with a hundred different teas available. Calm and peaceful inside.

It was nice, I hadn't been there in a few years, it's bigger than when they first open a while back. And they have a lot of new treats.

First time here. Service is good and the tea was very good. Tried the Green Lantern (unsweetened) tasty and refreshing. Will come back.

Good tea but expensive!..$5+ /cup... Yesterday, I bought 7 cups of tea....gave tip....while waiting for the order, i ask for a tap water.. i was told to pay $1 for it.. need to go back and wait in line to buy a $1 tap water (not bottled water)..

No tea is worth putting up with the attitudes of the people behind the counter-- inattentive, slow, and above all rude. If you want actual customer service, go to the Tower location.

It was great tea good customer service only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they let a man come in and beg table by table for money
