My family and I have been coming to Eddie's for years and have had such wonderful experiences and such delicious cakes and pastries. Recently last weekend we received horrible customer service by an employee taking our order.Very unprofessional. I hope that we never encounter such awful customer service again.

The coffee, the muffin and assistant were all perfect. However, when we sat down the selected background music was Jimmy Hendrix type music. I wanted to relax but the music ruined the bakery ambiance. That detail is important to think about for your customer base. I’ll meet my friends sat another place.

I have to be honest here, unfortunately. In the past I have always been a big fan of Eddie's Bakery, but today I was quite disappointed in their product. My friend and I both had chocolate eclairs and we were both sorely disappointed. The custard was skimpy and lacking in body and richness. Not the quality I have had in the past. In addition, the coffee stand was not filled with sugar and other condiments. My being in a wheelchair temporarily turned out to be a real problem, as I could not reach the condiments either. The whole experience was a disappointment, I must say, thus the two star rating!

Cakes, cookies, bread, coffee… Why not try it all?! I love the option to get mini sized cakes, perfect for 1 or 2 people to share a sweet treat.

I had my 50th birthday cake and pastries made for my grand baby's shower from Eddie's Bakery. I'm very satisfied with quality and taste but more impressed by Thallia who helped me. She showed me kindness and patience while I ordered. Thanks girly😁

Giving 2 stars because of the beauty of the building and ambience, plus 1 of the 3 employees was nice and smiled. Came in around 3ish, the blonde lady at the counter who helped get our treats was nice. The lady closing the register with the cartoon mask and the other brown haired lady were both NOT happy, no smiling, very little eye contact and told us at 2:57 they're closing in 3 minutes. Felt like we hot kicked out after giving them our money. The treats were nothing to rave about. A boxed cheesecake is just as good. We also couldn't get coffee nor water because they were closing the bakery. As 6 years of experience managing a restaurant, close at 2:30 so you give people 30 minutes to finish up, jeez... Iwon't be back.

I've been an Eddie's customers for years. Their baked goods are always fresh and off the best quality. They do tend to be a little pricey but you'll never be disappointed. They're too notch.

Beautiful and delicious baked goods from breads to pastries! A bit pricey but worth it. Lovely and helpful staff to boot! Must visit for the cookies alone!

I was very disappointed with the cake I ordered. It was not even close to the vision I had portrayed when ordering. I brought pictures but the gentleman I ordered with said he did not need them. I felt like it was cheaply made for the price I paid. The colors were wrong, the badge was wrong and I could go on but I wont. On the positive it tasted good. I will not do a custom cake from here again. I have ordered MANY cakes from here but they have been generic birthday cakes. Super disappointed!

We all love Eddie's bakery and is our usual go to for some delicious fresh bread or pastries. We have even on other occasions ordered some very delicious specialty cakes. Sadly on this occasion, we were sadly disappointed. We ordered a cake for our dear friend memorial. When we arrived for our order, we were presented with a something much less than you would expect from a bakery with very high standards and reputation for high quality service and product. The cake we ordered was dry, the writing was something you could of done at home. We could go on and on but could not justify our complete disappointment. To add insult, we were offered a$20 refund for nearly a $200 order we could of gotten at a chain store for much less. Very hard pressed if we ever go back. We greatly suggest you are explicit in what you want and make sure the person taking the order fully pays attention and knows your needs.
