Worst customer service. I called 30 minutes before closing asking if they had cakes because I needed a last minute cake for myself since my other cake was a no show and was a last minute. They said they had plenty and I could come I did tell them I would be there close to 6 due to the rain storm if it would be okay and she said that as long as I go there by 6 I would be fine. I got there at 5:58pm they all saw me and I came to the door and she opened it and said sorry we are closed it was not even 6pm!!!
Eddies has been my favorite until now, extremely disappointed and drove fast to get there for my birthday cake to be told no. The sale would have taken 1 minute.

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and the cookies the last 4-5 times have been so old and dry. I keep hoping things would get better!! But so many things are stale. And once again I tried!!! Only to PAY over $5 for one cookie!! And the butter cookies DRY AND BAD as well!! I do like the pastries but most other stuff is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Never have the seasonal cookies been good!! I’m gonna try and post pictures if it lets me.

Brought my sister in today before her doctor's appointment and decided on having the avocado toast : 1 with scrambled eggs, the other with eggs over easy. The meals came with fresh cut fruit, and we decided to have some decaf coffee. The wheat bread was toasted to perfection, with a good amount of avocado spread, along with tomatoes and sprouts. Tasty and filling. We decided to take some cheese danish and a loaf of the wheat bread home. They offer many different types of bakery goods, as well as cakes. Give them a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

I have been coming here many years my favorite is strawberry pizza pie. However recently last 2 times I have purchased the pie, this last time deffinitly really bothered me. These are not cheap pies I may add. I think they forgot to put the cream under the strawberries. I couldn't see and taste it, except for dry crust I was very disappointed, It was my mothers birthday and it was so tasteless, it had more crumbs and sugar covering most of the strawberrie filling . It had almost no cream, it was horrible. I am sorry for leaving such a negative note. The making of these pies were and used too be the best . Maybe there is lots more new staff baking in the kitchen but its getting sloppy.

Tasted wedding cake for upcoming wedding. My goodness this place has gone way downhill. Completely unprofessional and an absolute waste of time. Cake was mediocre at best. The service is what appalled me the most. Who takes a break at the time of an appointment (we arrived 5 mins early) makes a customer wait while scrolling on her phone (for 8 mins past appointment time), and then brings out what looks like half eating cupcakes with cups of rock hard frosting and has an attitude the whole time..... Eddies needs some new help in the wedding department. The coffee barista was prompt, friendly, and awesome.

Oh my goodness where do I begin!! Cookies, cakes, cheesecakes are the best I've ever had la boulangerie is over rated not to mention in a word. rude before I tried Eddie's I would go there and have been treated rudely so I went to Eddie's I bought a cheesecake the fruit was fresh and the gramcracker crust tasted like it had butter toffee in it 😋 amazing think it was like 45 bucks but worth every penny but hey if the quality is there who cares about price

Sooo yummy Delicious! Was happy to see the standards are back to like it was when it used to be at Manchester Mall! I grew up with Eddies Bakery since a child and I am not a spring chicken! Always have LOVED their Champagne Cakes! And the rest is just Scrumpdelishious! Spent waaay to much but what a box of Happiness!

5 cupcakes cost me $24...I don't mind paying if they were ok. Completely stale. Frosting is bland and way to sugary. Please work on quality over quantity. Same goes for cakes.
Previous ownership was amazing.

(I give one star only because I’ve had one prior “acceptable” experience, otherwise I’d give them Zero.)
Eddies came highly recommended from a number of people so, we ordered a smash cake for my daughters first birthday.
Now, at the beginning of September I called to set up an appointment to do a cake tasting and talk about ordering a large wedding cake.
It’s been about 3 weeks since my first call. I’ve called 3 times and have not been able to get ahold of a live person. I missed one phone call from a live person, returned the call within minutes, and to this day have not received a call back.
Must be nice to be so flooded in business they don’t return a Bride’s phone call. Even if it’s just to say “sorry, we’re booked on that date.” Terrible.
Edit 10/2/2021:
The day after this review I received a call from Taylor to schedule this consultation. So, I did. We had an appointment at 10:00 to which Taylor eventually greeted us at 10:13. In a nearly empty shop. Hardly any patrons.
Not only was she late, the cake sampling we asked for was not prepared and no “copies of information” had been made for us. “But I can go make a quick copy of those if you want.” What else would we be there for, if not information for a cake? Isn’t that what a consultation is for?
Anyway. Very disappointed in Eddies and the customer service. Won’t be ordering our multi tier cake from them for our wedding. I will be taking business elsewhere and unfortunately will not be recommending Eddie’s to anyone.

We ordered a cake for a friend s birthday. Talked with an associate over the phone...told her which cake we wanted via the internet picture. When we picked it up, it was completely different. They should have fixed it but they didn't even offer. Never going back.
