Honestly I think they're over charging me. The location I went to before I moved never charged me for oatmilk added to an iced coffee or cold brew but this one always has extra charges on my coffees. The girl at the window this last week just seems miserable and rude every single time I come through. It honestly makes me not want to get coffee at this location at all. I work in this industry so I understand how it can be but I don't think you should work in a coffee ship if you don't know how to be kind to people.

The service is very slow. Far slower than any other coffee shop. This is why Starbucks is still the at the top. Very poor management.

I love coffee bean and I come here often so I spend an embarrassing amount of money here. But this location as of recently just has gone down. Not sure if there was a change in management or something but it seems as though for the past couple months I’ve been let down time and time again. Just to list off a few of my many terrible experiences. One day I waited over 40 minutes for a single mobile order, and I try my best to be patient given the staff storage, but to see several other people walk in, order, and get their drinks (which some had multiple drinks) in less than 10 minutes just seems unreasonable to I another paying customer who at that point had been waiting over 40 minutes and was rudely ignored the entire time when trying to ask about my mobile order. Another time when I tried to mobile pick up a powder, they gave me a tin with a giant dent, and there clearly was no shortage in powder I had seen a bunch in the front… I didn’t notice the tin’s condition til I got home, otherwise I would have asked to switch it out, but they had stapled it into a bag so they clearly saw it.
And today, I once again mobile ordered a single drink, and their front door was locked, so I called because from the door I could see my drink by the usual pick up area and was told I had to go wait in their huge drive-thru line. I was told by who I assume is the manager that, “something happened in the store that wouldn’t allow people to come inside, ” what the hell does that even mean? If it isn’t a safe environment inside then why bother keep mobile ordering up if you’re not willing to accommodate it and most importantly why aren’t the employees being taken care of if something is obviously off?
I digress, I had to once again wait in this huge line just to get my order, wasn’t the point in mobile pick up to avoid long lines? That being said I think I’ve learned my lesson and I am going to stop coming this mess of a location and to top it off the management is rude, I really do hope things change, this used to be a great shop.

First time to Coffee Bean ever and it was a great experience. Trevor took our order and was patient while my hubs and I decided on our drinks. Overall he was just super nice and our drinks were really good (berry tea and iced mocha latte). Will definitely be back!

Stopped by here today for the first time with my wife. Must say we really enjoyed the tea. She had the Jasmine peach and I had the mango. We were a little indecisive, but the lady was patient and helpful. Great customer service and great drinks can't ask for much more. I'll be stopping by on my way to work to try the blended coffee.

Don’t do mobile/online orders. They’ll wait until you get there to make it. I ordered 1 drink 15 minutes ahead, I made it on time and still had to wait 5 minutes. The Rialto one is way better with mobile/online orders. Never again.
