Fast and friendly service and superior coffee. Jackie (GM) is seen here often and she runs a great operation. Always look forward to coming in on weekends to unwind with a fresh coffee. This place is so great my 4 year old son demands a weekly visit for the pastries and Pellegrino! Great work Coffee Bean staff!!

This store always seems to be out of something and they are always severely understaffed. It is not uncommon to wait in the drive-through for 30 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars in front of you. The staff are friendly but there is a logistical nightmare going on internally

Busy bees behind the counter made everthing look so easy. Too many cars in the drive up and the lot. We were in and out in a breeze. I have found for the most part social distancing makes us think we will be waiting for a long time. I guess it's time for a other change because we have learned how to master serving in this one. Hire people that work hard and care.

Polite, fixed my order with ease, great customer service, patient, attentative, and awesome, received gift cards that's were unusable. Wow.

I love Coffee Bean! I didn't realize it was so close to me, I used to wait until I went to the Victoria Gardens to get Coffee Bean. They have good drinks for a fair price. My mom always gets bad luck at this location and they tend to mess up her orders, but I have yet to have that happen. Always great service, too. Very friendly staff.

The drinks are always good, the employees are always nice. However, the drive thru is so, so slow. It takes forever to drive thru and get your order. More employees might help.

Being new to the area I was glad to find that there are plenty around a 20 mile radius however, this particular building was one of the smallest I've have seen. Not very many furniture to sit in but what matters most is the coffee and service which is top-notch always. I once got my order wrong because of miscommunication between the cashier and I, so I politely asked if there was any way I could get what I wanted and within seconds I had a delicious iced green tea latte in my hands!

Coffee tastes better than Starbucks. All the employees are super friendly and patient. I am a convert.

My first time going to an Coffee Bean & Tea leaf, it was a good experience. The store was not packed, and line was not long. A great alternative to Starbucks, they also give a Military Discount. The service is great, and I ordered a "Dark Chocolate" (the sweetest drink I could get that they offered) and it hit the spot.
