Don't know who was working inside today, but waited around 10mins for someone to take my order through the drive-thru, called out a few times and no one responded

Friendly assistance at a clean counter filled with edibles...healthy and otherwise.

Power workers :: 3 plugs in a cafeteria style setting featuring a couple of areas with comfy, vinyl chairs.

Far less of a crowd than Starbucks and a bit less $s. $1 refills on the good-ole-fashion drip.

Always fabulous. Drinks are amazing, prices are relatively good! And customer service is great. PS: go johnny depp tip jar! 😂

Counting the days til dutch bros opens. These people have a horrible vibe. You feel it when you walk in the door. The coffee is a reflection of their poor attitude.

Great place to get coffee. Everyone who works here is very nice and helpful. They have a nice clean restroom. They also sanitize the tables for you before you sit down.

They literally kicked us out saying they close in a few minutes I didn’t like them that much anyway

Every batista there are great and friendly people. Jacqueline Cruz the manager there has managed several CB&T since we have gone 2009. She has had great employees in both shops. My wife and I have to say she trains her employees well. Jacqueline is also out front serving customers and her interaction with everyone would not be evident of a manager. Love it, love this place, love the barista's, love the great treatment and atmosphere every time I visit or conduct my business inside.

Nice quiet coffee/tea house. Sit indoor or outdoor. Drive thru is fairly quick, but watch out when you're exiting; Ralph's cross traffic can be dangerous...If you park to go inside, be prepared to share the Coffee Bean parking with Ralph's customers. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Super friendly people, good coffees. We love the cold brew. They put crashed ice so the coffee taste feels better.

So I have been going to this location for at least 8 years now and never complained once. Recently on a daily basis the app for this location hasn’t been working since October for pick up orders. Yes I check everyday at work because I love to be able to pick up my order so I don’t have to wait on my lunch break. When I went in to order and asked the girls about it I immediately got attitude and eyes rolled at me. Other workers are complaining about working and making drinks. When I also asked for two straws because there was non out the girl with the red hair also rolled her eyes at me. I am a very nice person. Wasn’t rude or negative toward them. But they obviously don’t want to be there.
I prefer Coffee Bean over any other coffee shop in town. However because of their lack of customer service and rude attitude over basic questions. I don’t see why I’d continue going to this location. No one deserves attitude over a simple question. I’ve never once had any problems with this location until the today. And I will no longer be spending my money here.
