Quick and friendly service at the drive thru. My favorite is the ice blended hazelnut, but the caramel and mocha ice blended drinks are great too.

Way better coffee than Starbucks... Forget the branding, go with the best coffee! Take a fresh cup to Starbucks in there and try it next to Coffee Bean, there is absolutely no comparison in smoothness and flavor.

There seems to be a lot of confusion going on here with drink orders. They dont use names or order numbers so people's drinks get mixed up

Way better than Starbucks. Wish they put one in Falcon Ridge town center bec its needed for us Rancho Cucamonga folks lol.

Drive thru line took way too long for the length it was. The drinks were alright. Extremely slow service and smores bar wasn't even warmed up

Love the coffee always. The hell with Starbucks, I just wish more coffee bean shops were around. The latte's are my favorite, it seems that they use way Better coffee beans than Starbucks.

Very polite n very helpful on explaining the flavors n choices, really hard to carry two drinks n walk with my walking cane that's why I gave 4 n not a 5. They didn't offer anything to carry the drinks in.

Great customer service even though they had a alot of people at the drive through they were professional.

I normally go to Starbucks but my friend really wanted to go here so I agreed. And I might not completely change over to the coffee bean there is definitely some things I would just go to the coffee bean. I definitely recommend the iced matcha latte.

Coffee is good but it took us more than 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee from drive through, which defeats the entire purpose of drive though
