The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Have been going to this location for many years. The only complaint I ever had was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Unfortunately on this visit there seemed to be friend of the barista hanging out at the counter where the drinks come out. She had her keys and drink and she was eating and drinking there and she was hanging/leaning over on the counter in her sports bra the whole time we were there. She would move a bit for people to get their drinks but it seemed very unsanitary to those of us getting coffee. Service was also slow because of the visiting. Staff is always friendly here.

Been a few years since we had coffee bean, and it did not disappoint as usual <3 Starbucks who?

Great Teas and coffees here! Way better than Starbucks imo. I'd rather go here than Starbucks anytime. They have a rewards program, special discounts, offers, holiday themes, great service and shorter lines! I'll always be back here. Thank you all so much!

Many people may not know it, but there is a big difference between Coffee Bean and its competitors. Particularly the way they make their Iced Blended Mocha. The type of ice they use makes for a smoother creamier drink. I really enjoy when I am able to stop by and get drink. Also this location was fast and friendly.

Coffee bean is the best! Their flavors and overall products are so much better than Starbucks! They have more of a unique menu. The service is always fast and the staff is always friendly! They’re in a great location as well. Love this coffee bean! So excited to have a cookie butter latte!

The employees here are GREAT, they always make me feel like I'm visiting the Cheers (1980's sitcom) version of a coffee shop. My beverage is always made PERFECTLY. Plus, this location has a convenient drive-thru. What more can you ask for?

I've never had a problem at this spot. It's always been a good place to get coffee or tea. Their peach jasmin ice tea is the best.

it used to be a great place but every week it seems that there are new people here. The workers are very nice, but too busy. They need to be trained and paid better. Changing workers every week isn’t ideal for a coffee shop, as taste differs and so do wait times. Last time I waited 30 minutes for a mocha. It was much better last year, but I recommend hiring people who will stay longer. For that, training and pay come into play.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but of the 3-5 times I've been here the experience hasn't been great. For starters the way they set up the drive-thru blocks all parking in front of the store creating a total nuisance. The wait is always long whether going inside or drive-thru and I can't tell if the service is slow or they're just always busy, its probably both. Also, they were out of stock on the tea I wanted which is such a letdown, I don't know if that's not staying on top of inventory or coincidentally the times I went it was not available. When I did go inside it's not very roomy and messy. They get my drink right but there's just something about the customer service and speed of service that seems a bit off here so I don't plan on returning and go to another location where I've had better experiences.

It would cool if they carry soup during the cold seasons winter and fall. They could have a vote on which soup to carry each month inside store or online.
