Peet's Coffee

Glad to have a Peet's Coffee in my town. There is always quick and efficiency to prepare my drink, never afraid a long line.

An average place for coffee and snacks. A high price for a very average cup of coffee

They keep getting worse... 80% of the time the coffee is burned and the other 20% they get my order wrong. Also there online ordering at this location is turned off half the time. Definitely won't be coming back to this place any time soon.

Great coffee and pastries, I usually have a high regard for the staff at Peet's, but I've rated it at 3 stars because the customer service ranges from excellent to just plain rude, depending on who is making the drinks and coffee that day. On Sunday 9th July between 11AM and 1230PM I saw the person making the coffee being very rude to a customer. There were over 8 drinks randomly placed on the ready counter, no names on the cups. The lady asked if one of the drinks was hers, the barrista said "I don't know I didn't make it" and then just turned her back on the customer and offered no further help. Being a manager of a bar, I found that to be unacceptable, rude behaviour. Hopefully one bad apple in what I've found to be a friendly, helpful team.

Upgraded my rating to four stars. I have been coming here regularly since my last review. I can safely say that the customer service and range of coffees is excellent. So much so, that although I live closer to the other coffeehouse chain, I always come to Peets. I love the range of pastries and sandwiches and the new coffee combinations such as the Golden Latte are superb. I recommend this place to anyone who'll listen. The manager Nichole, is a star and the world's a happier place when she's on duty.

I generally like Peet's and it is my favorite coffee chain. This location can be a bit hard to get to, rarely has open places to sit, and often has a line, a week ago something happened that really rocketed it up in my opinion as a business.

So many places are so tied to technology that they can't function without it. I've been turned away from places that can't do any business if the computer doesn't work, or will only take cash when the register is down. It drives me nuts, basic math for making change and filling out a paper credit card slip is easy.

So, how does that relate to Peet's? Well two weeks ago I went in early on a Sunday to get my usual cappuccino and a thermos of coffee for my pop who was working at the Good Guys car show. I arrived to find the line all the way to the far door, not a great sign but I'll wait in the line here rather than going to the drive-through coffee hut across 580. The computers were down and this was slowing the service, but they were doing great even with the delays.

One person was walking the line and taking orders on a sticky pad and then running them up to the barista so the drinks would keep flowing. Each of the register locations had a staffer taking payment, and they even still took credit cards using the old manual swipe machines. The staff were upbeat (if a bit frazzled) but business continued. I can't think of many places that would have handled the situation as well as the team did at this location, and they could be commended for it.

Best iced green I've had! From now on will look for Peet's Coffee whereever I go...my choice for best tea. They are extremely safe during the pandemic too. Will not be going to the other store...sticking with Peet's.

Horrible service, bathrooms closed to paying customers. They're obviously being paid to make drinks but zero customer service skills required from their staff.

I've been a Starbucks fan for years, but since moving to CA and discovering Peet's, I'm hooked! This Peet's is my neighborhood store and I love visiting. They greet me by name, and know my drink (Havana Cappuccino.) The store is always busy but they keep things moving and are always friendly making the wait enjoyable.
