If you go in before 8:30 it is usually not very busy. It picks up after 9. The Barista's are very friendly.

This is inside the Ross Cafe at the Ross Stores HQ. They have a more limited menu that a full Peet's Cafe. There is plenty of indoor seating if you want to hang out.
