One of my favorite San Diego roasters. There’s something special about their espresso and cold brew that truly get me LIT, for lack of a better word! The space is awesome and so So Cal! The vibe is inviting and features a nice circle patio with comfortable seating. The coffee is some of the best and strongest you’ll probably ever try and every person I bring here leaves satisfied. Come try one of San Diego’s finest before taking on a rich city!

Coffee was just so so. Very milk-like and just lukewarm. No rich aromatic flavor. Ordered a breakfast burrito which was a sliver of a fried potato and scrambled eggs with bits of bacon. The rest of the burrito was the folded dry flour tortilla...very disappointing to say the least. At least the service had the typical "your lucky I got out of bed this morning to serve you" attitude.

Expensive but the coffee does have a very high quality flavor

Already been here at least a dozen times since they opened and it’s become my go to coffee shop. About the same level as Lofty Coffee and much better than Starbucks and Peet’s in my opinion. The breakfast burritos are delicious but inconsistent. My first one was honestly one of the best breakfast sausage burritos I’ve ever had...but the last few have been considerably smaller and very little sausage which is disappointing. Also, make sure you ask for the sauce that comes with it on the side because they often times forget to give it to you with your burrito and it’s amazing!

Amazing Coffee! When I read that it was voted best coffee by Forbes I knew I had to try it and I was not disappointed. I now buy their whole beans to take home and brew too.
The food is fantastic! Had a bacon croissant and Cali toast with my wife. I couldn’t decide which was better as they were both so delicious.
We will be back again and again!

I enjoy stopping for coffee and the breakfast burrito in the morning on my way to work. The coffee is fairly strong and simple. The staff has always been very kind. I was disappointed to see a good amount of ants when I was sitting at the counter... hope none of the ants got into the coffee bags or into the kitchen.

Really disappointed for my first visit on the opening day. Maybe machines were not totally adjusted, but the espresso I ordered just came at a mild temperature and the shot was very bitter. The good thing was the cuteness of the espresso cups but does not justify the $3.50 paid. I prefer my home made Nespresso pods shots or the espresso shots from the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Company.

Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable baristas. Had a cup o drip and a double espresso. Very tasty drip. The espresso was so much more tart than I expected, though. I guess that's the fad right now - very lightly roasted coffee. Probably goes better in milk, so I'll try a flat white next time. Cool trendy decor, too!

Just moved nearby and was hoping this would be the go-to spot since we had seen it when driving by and it looks great. Unfortunately there was limited seating with none available, the outdoor seating was in the direct sun and people were just sweating sitting there, and the wifi was unusably slow. Ended up finding a different go-to spot
