Reasonable place for coffee and snacks. Latte didn't stand out but was comparable to most chain cafes.

I don’t like writing negative review but I was really disappointed with my last visit to Bird Rock. I did a mobile order for pick up at a later time. When I went to pick it up 5mins after my “scheduled” time, both order of the latte were at room temp. Yes it’s a minor thing to be upset over but at this price point, I would expect perfection. It doesn’t have to be hot hot but room temp latte??? I mean come on… #firstworldproblem

I think I have found the perfect latte. No joke everyone, I am a SNOB when it comes to my latte's and birdrock has NAILED IT!!! We will start with how it looks! The latte is filled right to the top, the foam does nt have any bubbles in it, and the latte art is delightful! I didn't add any sugar, but it had just the right balance of sweet from the milk to the rich espresso. The barista told me their coffee is all very humanly and conciensiously sourced which I like to hear, I bought a bag of their coffee to take home. I can't wait to try it!

Some good coffee. Typically pretty fresh, though not as good as down in Morena Blvd. location. Staff is pretty friendly, but mysteriously never offering any Splenda, Equal or artificial sweeteners -- unlike all the other locations. Also woefully missing prices for many coffees. a price list tries to show the prices, but always some coffee's missing. the coffees are perfectly labeled, with the origin, elevation, process, varietal, roasting date, but always missing the main parameter: price in USD.

FINALLY an awesome and artisanal espresso. This is what I’ve missed most in corona times. Voicemail says closed - it’s open and retrofitted to totally keep folks safe from COVID with outdoor ordering and a plexiglass wall between baristas and orderers. Awesome. Love it. So excited to finally drink a great latte

I was standing in line waiting to order, the cashier closed and told me to wait. Knowing that I was waiting to order and opens and tells the person behind me that she could help him.

Great location, bad service.

One of my favorite local coffee roasters. Always really good coffee here.

Very friendly service, and I got an iced dirty Chai, and it was the best I've had in years.

I don't drink coffee,. But the two people clear to me love this place (coffee)
