Mossman's Westchester Coffee Shop

This place used to be pretty decent. I hadn't ate here in a while. The quality of the food has really went down hill. Sadly Will not be returning.

Best fish n chips, hands down if you don't want to go to the beach. And the home made peach cobbler is to die for. Go hungry, portions are generous. Staff and diner are friendly n clean.

The unbreaded fish n chips dinner was a real hit with me! My husbands meal was good too. We sat in the old lounge that is under rennovation... so they need to get their construction finished up. The service was good and social distancing well carried out.

I went last week to order fish and chips instead of coleslaw I ordered a green salad
When I opened my container my salad was wilted and brown in most parts
The fish was not the same as many years ago
There were five pieces in my order and very very small
It is very disappointing being a long time customer I expected better quality.

If you like fish and chips this is definitely your first stop. To me consistency is a huge part to a restaurant success and this place never disappoints. Their tartar sauce is great fish is always crispy yet moist on the inside and the service is always amazing. If you're in downtown Bakersfield it's a must stop

Deserves five stars but the building was in shambles so I didn"t give anything.

The Service is Amazing! Lorena has the best customer service skills I've seen, she knows exactly what I want every time and I've never had to wait longer than 5 min. curbside pick up! definitely 5 star worthy!

Love it. Love it. Love it. During Lent, Friday fish and chip days. Tarter sauce is good, fries are good, battered cod is golden good. They have to have the best fish in chips in Bakersfield. Healthy portions. They keep me coming back for more. Keep up the good work Mossmans.

Best Fish & Chips I've ever had anywhere! No kidding. Cubed, beer-battered cod loins, Yumm! Their onion rings are also battered, not breaded, and huge! Very, very good

Fish and chips fantastic as always. French dip was great also. Service was wonderful.
