Mossman's Westchester Coffee Shop

Literally said over and over but its the best fried.fish and chips in town, and literally all the waitresses are awesome and give the best service. They aren't mask tyrants they don't force you to wear dirty masks they value human rights.

I’ve only known Mossman’s as a spot to grab snacks at the bowling ally, but went here for a family breakfast a few weeks ago. It was a hearty breakfast with generous portions. My only complaint was that the bacon had a strong “burnt” taste, which some people (not me) love, and it was heavy on the grease/oil. None of these things are necessarily bad qualities and might be positives for some people, they just aren’t my preference.

The service was great. Our server was attentive and food came quickly.

The restaurant seemed cleaned.

Best fish and chips in town! Love them! They deserve our communities support.

I got a half a sandwich and soup. The soup was like a half a cup of Campbell's soup. The sandwich was exactly like you would make it at home... Nothing special and I would never eat Campbell's soup. And yes, now my stomach hurts! No complaints about the service they were really sweet and attentive.

The fish and chips was good..but the place was dirty and wait staff very lax. Won't go back.

Better fish than the restaurant's in Pismo beach. I love the Old Timers that includes fish with chefs salad and a roll. They also have fish and chips for those who prefer fries.

Excellent as always! One of the great, remaining, old school dining places in Kern County/Bakersfield. Who knew the best fried fish in California was in Bako?! *INSIDER TIP* - order the "Old timers fish with budget salad"! You'll love it!! Tell it if it's true!!

I drive from Tulare to here to have fish and chips I find it's worth to drive it is excellent and every time I come through Bakersfield I stop the waitresses are very kind and friendly

The Fish and Chips is Very Good. We are not near any ocean or sea or lake or water. So to have good fish and chips is out of the ordinary. The service was very good and our food arrived fast. The iced tea is real. Fresh brewed and tasty. The Ambiance sucks cause it's a bowling alley. A smelly ugly bowling alley.....but GOOD fish and chips.
