My wife's fish and chips were cold, barely warm at best. My chicken fried steak was tough and the side of corn was horrible, way too salty. The service was the only aspect that saved the day.

Great tasting comfort foods. Breakfast menu is incredible any day. The daily specials rock. The price is incredibly reasonable. Jordan is a great cook. Becky is the perfect waitress. She makes you feel at home.

I was craving fish and chips and we decided to visit Mossman's as we hadn't been in quite awhile. We saw the special of the day was chicken pot pie which sounded good. We decided to have the special instead of the fish and chips. Our waitress, who was great, brought out us out a bowl containing the contents of the pie minus the crust. It was served with what I think was a piece of old cornbread. The pie just looked bad and it also had a bad smell. I always give the benefit of the doubt and hoped it might taste better than it looked or smelled. I took a large spoonful of the pie and it tasted so awful. On top of bad taste it also had a tasted burned. My wife tasted it and I could tell in her face that she too thought it was terrible. We politely told our waitress that we didn't care for the pie. She seemed embarrassed and was very apologetic, I felt like she knew it was terrible. A few minutes later the cook also came out and apologized to us saying "Some people like it" We ordered the fish and chips instead which were also disappointing. I felt bad as I have many great memories dining here with my parents and our kids when they were small. I feel terrible that the restaurant appears to be doing badly. I love and support local eateries, especially those that have been around for many years like this one. But I have to say that the food was terrible and now I know why the restaurant was empty during a day and time when it should have had more customers. I wish them well but they need to do better. Good luck.

Fish and chips are always delicious. The place seems a little odd without the bowling alley

The rolls, sandwiches, fish and chips are delicious. My only complaints are that the tartar sauce is a bit too salty and it would be nice if servers checked for drink refills. Other than that, the food is good and I love the '50s vibe.

The place is so dumpy & ran down. The fish & chips are amazing & legendary. The place stunk & was dirty. We live out of town & invited family to meet us there.

Glad they are staying open. Food is always good. Love their peach cobbler!
