Best chicken fried steak anywhere

This place has the best country fride stake i have ever ate in my life. This steak just hangs off you plate. No other place in all of Kern county even comes close. The service is top notch these girls are always on point super friendly. Ever serving is enough food to feed 2 adults. I highly recommend this place to anyone that has never been there before you are missing out.

Normally I would give Kks a 5 but this visit the service was slow, inconsistent and we even had to get up to get coffee. The food however was great as usual

Stopped for breakfast and had the hamburger patty and eggs. The hamburger steak patty was huge breakfast was very good.

Fantastic food and fantastic people. The cook is the best cook that I have ever ate food from and the waitress was fantastic. You guys are wonderful and the food was awesome and we will surely be back and tell everyone one about this place... Thank you for the great food and great service you provide.

Slow took over an hour to get our food numerous excuses why. Bacon was hard, country potatoes not cooked all the way and the biscuits and gravy tasted weird.

This place feels like home. The staff is a cast of extremely kind and warm hearted girls, some of which aren't to bad on the eyes haha. 95% of the menu is absolutely delicious. Price is great for the quality and quantity of food you are served, I've never left hungry.

Charge me $34 for two burritos 🤦
