I went to Mugs on Saturday, July 10, and asked if I could get the turkey and swiss sandwich made into a wrap and was told no. I asked are you out of tortillas and was told no. Then, I asked, so I cannot get the veggie wrap and was told yes, I could... The man behind the counter then asked his co-worker if they can make the sandwich into a wrap and she politely said yes. I also ordered a Chai tea latte. The drink was made shortly after I ordered and I noticed there was no one in the kitchen so when I went to got my drink. I asked how much longer on the wrap and the man said 15-20 minutes because the cook was on break. I asked is this normal and was told no, not really. So I said, now i have to wait 15-20 minutes on my food and he said yes. I then said I would like my money back. This is, and was very unprofessional. I called the Heights location a few minutes after this ordeal and asked to speak with a manager or owner. I was told that they are not available and that I would get a call back. I explained that I did not want to leave a bad review, so please have them call me. So, I called again on Tuesday, july 13 and left another message for a call back. I'm tired of waitin. So if you want service where the staff is not on "break" then please go somewhere else. Unfortunately, I will NOT be back.

I left a large tip at the register (when prompted) because I planned to eat in... turns out, the employees don’t make the slightest effort past putting your plates on a window ledge. As I was walking out, one of the employees rudely told me in passing that I should clean my own table... sure, I’ll get on that as soon as you return my service tip. What’s the point of accepting tips if the entire process is self service? Regardless, the employee didn’t have to make the comment. She couldn’t just take the two plates and set them in the bin herself? Now you know they aren’t actually cleaning/sanitizing their tables. This left a worse taste in my mouth than the food did- would not recommend.

I got the Thai latte recently, different but delicious! Not too sweet either! I don't go often since I don't live close by anymore but the drinks are always done well and the atmosphere is great. Perfect for catching up with a friend or studying.

Such a cool place! Laid back coffee shop feel with modern gourmet cuisine. The Thai latte is remarkable. I sank into invigorating relaxation with every sip.
Go on Saturday and get perfect pancakes! Fluffy, stretchy and the perfect size. The breakfast burrito was awesome too! I’ve never felt so distinguished whilst eating chorizo and eggs.

We stopped by on our way back to Texas. It was a refreshing change to the junk food from the gas stations. The cold brew was great, and the lunch options were perfect. The location was pretty cute and gave us some more appreciation of the different areas of little rock. We will definitely be back here.

Nice, open space decorated with local art. I enjoyed the pour over and bagel breakfast sandwich. It's nice to have a cafe with high quality coffee.

I love mugs! Great place to get work done while enjoying good food, coffee and great service. Their biscuits and gravy as well as their chipotle chicken wraps are some of my favorites. I recommend them to my friends all the time!

Warm cafe. The staff is great. I love the atmosphere. Plus free wifi. Just a 8 min walk from the greyhound station.

I stopped in for breakfast on my layover to Montana. I had my giant military bag with me and looked a little rough after traveling all night. I was not looked at as some kind of straggler but was greeted by a woman named Courtney, who was by far one of the nicest and most friendly person I’ve met on my trip thus far. She was nice to everyone and made them feel like a Star!

The food is pretty good but it’s really up to you to make it your own once it’s served to you. It can be a little under seasoned but it was good overall. It’s a great environment thanks to Courtney.

Also the coffee rocks!

The food is good. A little overpriced, but I think that about most places I go to eat.
I like their coffee more than their food; it's pretty standard for a central Arkansas coffee shop that isn't Starbucks.
What's dragging their score down is the 35 minutes it took from the time I ordered until I was called back up to get my food. And yes, there are no waiters, so you have to listen and go get your own food. It shouldn't take 35 minutes to make biscuits and gravy, a side of eggs, and two pancakes. I wouldn't say they were busy either.
Definitely try it out, but maybe not if you're in a hurry.
