Mugs Cafe | Argenta

Unfortunately the place has changed under new ownership. It's biggest issue are the menu prices which have been jacked up for no better food than before. Much more limited menu items too. No loyalty program. Service was average to ok. Many less customers compared to what used to be a thriving cafe. Even so they close at 4pm everyday! I can't see this place staying open till the end of the year unless they take a hard look at their changes. I miss the old Mugs..

Friendly staff, Great coffee and breakfast. Fresh delicious breakfast made when you order it, nice options from the coffee bar. If you like pastries….. their scones are really good.

I really enjoyed my breakfast there. Wait time was minimal despite the rush, and my omelet was fantastic! I'll definitely return. The seating was very comfortable as well.

This place may be right for you but it isn't my cup of coffee. It is too loud to make a great place to work, the coffee isn't great and you have to specifically ask for cream and sugar. I don't know if they give free refills or not because I didn't like the coffee and didn't want any more. The staff was nice enough. I wanted to like this place because I prefer to give my business to local shops, but I just didn't like it.

I have eaten at mugs for several years and almost never had a bad experience with them. I honestly prefer this location, over the one in the heights. But lately the service has been on a rapid decline. I've noticed that most of the seasoned staff are now gone or on the brink of leaving, the place is filthy, and the coffee was just not good. I heard that Leiva's has taken over and I just can't believe that they would dump this place down the drain like that. I hope Mugs will stick around for the rest of 2023, but at this rate its up in the air.

I loved the friendly service and brightly lit space. Many cafe's have a dark, warm atmosphere which is great. But sometimes sitting in a room well lit is what helps inspire productivity. This is also a great place to meet friends, work associates, and family for whatever reason. The food and beverages that I've had were great. I tried one of their specialty coffee drinks on their menu and was not disappointed. It was a drink you wouldn't expect to find in Arkansas.

Oh my sweet heaven I went there rotary top try them and I'm in love with the breakfast tacos. Next time I'm ordering 2 more lol because just two wasn't enough. My friend liked the french toast but he wanted more afterwards. So we ended up going back for more. Lol lol lol. 4 more tacos, a myan mocha, one more french toast, a tea, and he got a bagel sandwich. Now were stuffed. Will be back soon for more.

Showed up to have coffee and a bite with a friend to the place completely closed during the day (12pm). Waste of a 45 min drive to just have to double back to a different place. Very disappointed. Peaked through the store front window to everything disarrayed in the cafe and no workers. If the store is closed; then the store needs to fix the Google listing so people do not waste their time perusing a business who isn’t even open.

So glad we decided to try this local spot (rather than stopping at Starbucks) on our way out of town! I had the Tiramisu Cold Brew and it. was. delicious! Guy who took my order was friendly and helpful. We didn’t sit down or order food, but if we hadn’t been anxious to get on the road I would have enjoyed lingering in the quiet, artistic atmosphere over one of their appetizing breakfast options. Good coffee and cool vibes!
