Had a London Fog. Friendly staff, spacious area; it's downtown, so limited parking is kinda obvious. But they had a lot of walk in traffic. Saw several customers coming in and out for meal take out. Music a little loud for my taste, but GREAT selection. This was my 3rd visit. I meet here a few times every couple of months with a friend, we catch up. Great place to do that.

I got the Cuban and it was delicious! I was told that it is a popular drink and I see why. Inside was a cozy yet comfortable environment. Will come back for sure!

Mugs is an awesome place to spend the day getting work done or just spending time with people. The atmosphere is very clean, simple, and calming. Also, the drink options are good in addition to their breakfast and lunch items. The drinks are all ranging from the $3-$6 area, what you’d typically expect from a specialty coffee shop. The food items aren’t bad prices either. Definitely check it out if you’re in the Little Rock area!

Sad to say that this coffee joint has seen a huge drop in service. My original 5-star review from SIX years ago is below.

Having been a consistent customer over that time, i can tell you that in the last year... This location has dropped the ball regarding service... It's slower and the staff seems unhappy to be there at all... Hours change randomly.... The kitchen closes long before it should...

They seem to have lost a lot of kitchen staff (rumors are that they're not paid a living wage and so they walked out)...

The coffee and food is still pretty good but the attitude of much of the staff seems to be one of OVERT annoyance towards customers.

It's worth noting that it seems like there's a new BOH manager that's helping... But only time will tell... I hope they figure it out and return to previous greatness... But my gut says that they'll be gone before 2023 is...

Fantastic joint for coffee and food. Breakfast stuff is amazing. Try the cafe con miel and breakfast burrito.

Absolutely love this place! Great menu. My favorite is the bagel and ice matcha tea with Lavender and Almond Milk. I love that you can order online and grab to go or just walk in. Great seating and atmosphere. If you haven’t tried, make some time!

Mugs. Coffee. City folks making down home food ish. Imagine a fried bologna sandwich with a fried egg cooked over easy ... and a slice of avocado. Served with an orange slice and organic strawberries. Go here. You will like it. Oh, and i think mac book airs are optional, but u may feel out of place without one.

Nice place, kitchen was closed due to staffing issues. The tables need a deep cleaning.

Great food and great drinks! Their seasonal hot apple cider tastes like drinking hot fresh apple pie. 😋

Great ambiance, coffee shop cafe feel, and friendly service. Had the Breakfast Burrito and French Toast plate(comes with fresh 🍓) and a side of eggs and sausage. Everything was delicious. Mayan Mocha was spicy, chocolatey and smooth.
