Pulled in the entrance waited behind two cars ahead of me watched a couple more cars pull in after me. when I got to the window I was informed they could not take my order that I needed to go to the order menu which I assume is somewhere around the back of the building. I pulled in off the main street never saw an order board, but after reading others reviews realized I am not the only customer this has happened to. Maybe the order board needs moved where it is visible to those pulling in from 71. Also if a person waits in a line that should at minimum be acknowledged and an order taken. I have read other reviews and see that the only action taken is a generic apology. Maybe this will help others make a decision on whether or not they want to visit. My suggestion is the Scooters near the airport or the one in Roger's much better service.

Ever since they got rid of old management, this is place is so much better. They are still lacking in communication at times. I’ve had hot drink’s syrup never stirred so it tasted like bean water. Edited review: ALL staff should be trained to hand out hot drinks with a stopper in it! Nobody wants shaky hands trying to lower a 130°+ drink to them. This is just common sense! I don’t want hot coffee accidentally dropped on me. Bet you all wouldn’t want that either.

I was in the drive thru and the owner was working because they are short staffed and they were talking to us customers about their one employee whom did show up…mocking her and being mean to her. She was in tears. If this is the way they treat their employees, I guess we know why they are short staffed! Unbelievable!

I usually have 5-star experiences here, but I was really frustrated this morning.
They now have a speaker to order, but it's at the back of the building. I pulled up and was next in line for 10 minutes. When the other car finally left, the woman at the window apologized about the wait, which I understood since I've worked in customer service. Then she gave me a total. I told her I hadn't place my order yet, and she informed me about the new order screen. I asked her if I could order anyway since I had been waiting so long, and she told me I'd have to go around. There were now four cars behind me, and I didn't have 40 minutes to wait in a line for coffee, so I just left. I knew if I had made a stink about it, I could've probably placed my order then, but I didn't want to ruin her morning... even though she ruined mine.
I understand her, but I was already very gracious about the wait time, and their unwillingness to serve the customer really frustrated me. Just want to be heard.
Also, I used to always get a matcha blended drink with lavender syrup, and they don't have that syrup anymore. They told me when it was running out though because I was the only one who ordered it lol. I'd love to see that back though!

It's okay. Only went because I had a coupon. It was almost 20 min wait in line. It is expensive too. I would rather go to hype coffee down the street. So much faster. Sorry

Black coffee is good and the yogurt caramel apple cider is amazing!! Not only great drinks but everyone working here is super friendly. My car battery died while I was here and 2 people working were able to come out and help me jump my car. They definitely didn’t have to help but they did!!!

Small portions for a big price - and service is incredibly slow. Management needs to hire more servers as there's usually only 1-2 people it seems running the whole store.
I have tried twice now and it's the same experience, first time being shortly after they opened, till now well over a year. I will say the server at the window was more friendly than the one who took my order - kudos to her for making the best of her day!
