This is a drive through coffee place and pretty busy in the mornings. We tried latte and can’t complain. The taste was good but I felt other coffee places in and around Bentonville had better service and taste. Also, found it little pricey too!

First time going to scooters this morning. I ordered a large iced white mocha with no whip. I figured better just go with something I know I like. The girl at the window was nice. She went to hand me my drink and it was tiny! I said that’s a large? She fixed it but I’m pretty sure they just poured the small drink into a large cup and filled it with ice. I took two drinks at most. It was awful. First and last time going to Scooters. I just wanted to give it a shot. I drove to 7brew right after leaving because the drink was not good in any way and I needed my caffeine fix. Very disappointing.

always have a good experience here! the baristas are very kind and friendly, and are quick and efficient with your order. Their coffee is perfect!

The coffee is OK here so I gave 3 stars, but today the barista was rude so I decided to leave a review.
When I ordered the first drink, I stated the drink flavor, hot, and small. Then for the second I did the same, but this time the barista said, "tall? I don't know what size that is. Is that a medium at Starbucks?" So first, I'm sure it's a chronic problem that people use Starbucks sizes to order their coffee drinks at other coffee shops(which I didn't do) and I'm sure it's annoying to the baristas. This does not excuse being rude to customers. Even if I had ordered a "tall"(which I didn't) the barista obviously knew that was a Starbucks size(because he literally asked if it was a "Starbucks medium")and he didn't have to play dumb like he didn't know that it is a Starbucks small. So instead of being petty and rude next time, he should just say, "our sizes are small, medium, and large." Or just give them the size that you know they're asking for. Hopefully this review will prevent a repeat of this rude behavior from the barista in the future.

I hate writing bad reviews… but what is this unmixed “iced matcha latte”? This reminds me of when I was 5 and didn’t know how to mix nesquik properly. It was so irritating I threw mine away. Next time use a tiny amount of warm water and pre mix it before you had it to the customer. I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t like having to try to mix my own drink with ice cubes preventing me from actually doing so. The young man and woman who were working the store Thursday June 3rd mid day also seemed incredibly upset to have jobs. Im not one to write a review for no reason and if you guys feel that I’m in the wrong feel free to respond but it was unacceptable to me. Sorry guys.

I was a multi time per week customer until Saturday. The drive thru was backed up so I thought I'd just go inside. There was only one employee in the store and she was all but in tears. I asked if she was the only one working and she replied "it seems I'm always the only one here. I'll be with you when I can." After nearly 10 minutes I asked how long it was going to be before she could take my order. I explained that I only wanted to get black coffee. She told me "it is going to be a while." I saw the monitor and there were 4 drive through orders on the board and another waiting to order. I asked if I had to wait until there were no cars in the drive thru and she said she was told when hired that "the drive thru has priority and the dining room has to wait." With that I told her to let the owner know that his poor management and business practices has cost him another customer. After relaying this to some family members he has now lost several customers.
With Starbucks a few miles down the road and another Starbucks being built a mile away, this guy should be trying to keep customers. This store will be gone due to the poor practices of the owner and that's a shame. The coffee was actually good. 7 Brews and Starbucks now for me.

Just had coffee during an early morning meeting. Coffee was good and so was the service...although the young lady that took my order said she would bring my coffee out but then put it on the counter and called it out for pick-up. No big deal. Sun did shine into the face of those sitting facing the door...need some shades on the windows until the sun gets up higher.

I have to update my review as I haven't been back in several months due to 1 disappointing experience in which they were REALLY SLOW at the drive thru and sometimes they have what you want to eat, sometimes they don't. It's a good location with nice booths to sit in, but it's one of those places that I'm afraid to go back as I'm going to end up feeling like a chump when the service disappoints again.
I may try them one more time, but I dunno. They need to put more effort out and make the place look more fun and lively. It always looks like nobody is there.
They should give out a few freebies to keep people interested. I haven't been back in months due to one slow experience. Other people left the line on the same day. I wonder how many others have never come back?
