Best stand ever with such a sweet management team!! I have a dairy allergy and as such have to really specify my order and double check before I leave. I had gotten a drink that looked darker than usual and I spoke to the manager, Shyonna, to express my concern. Shy treated me with kindness and great customer service and made sure my order was taken care of promptly! I’ve always had such a nice interaction with her and the management team at this location and there professionalism is what keeps me coming back time and time again. This is the leadership team the location needs as previously, the stand had been poorly organized and now the coffee is better, the atmosphere is friendlier, and the times are much faster. She has led the way to create a team that is full of happy, enthusiastic, and genuine employees. So if you have dairy/ food allergies this place will take care of you (thanks again Shy)! Best coffee shop in Scottsdale!!

I was on a bike ride. I was just wanting, needing ice cold water. The water was waiting for me. The cashier overheard me talking to another customer. The water was much needed. Considering all the water I had was warm. Definitely will visit here again and get something other than water!

Drinks aren’t super consistent. Sometimes they are way to sweet and other times not sweet enough. This is also the slowest Dutch bros in the valley. It usually takes me at least 20 minutes to get through the line even when it’s short. Definitely doesn’t live up to the standards Dutch bros has set.

Love this location (and others). Every experience I have at Dutch Bros is friendly, inviting, and on brand. I can always predict what a great experience I'm going to have and it's wonderful in this day and age to have such exceptional customer service.

One of the best stands around! Love coming up here and visiting the friendly staff. I have a dairy allergy and this group, managers, and staff have always been understanding and accommodating. Got the pleasure of talking to the assistant manager, Annalynn, and she was so sweet and helpful! Definitely will keep on visiting this super stand :)

In general, it should not take more than 5-10minutes to order. This is why Starbucks is 10x better and their service and quality is way better

Excellent product and service. Almost always as line since they are so popular. Not only did my fiance and I enjoy our beverages but our two dogs got complementary pupachinos. (Dog biscuits and whipped cream). They would have eaten the cups since they liked it so much. A nice touch to Dutch Brothers always pleasant experience.

The drive through line was a little long, but it went by fast enough. The hot mocha is great!

Great place to stop for coffee or a flavored energy drink.

The staff is great and friendly and somehow manage to make you feel like you're their only care in the world while you're at the counter. Be ready for some high-energy interactions.

On the downside, if you're in a hurry and there is a bit of a line, you're going to wait. But that's the cost of highly personal service.
