Dutch Bros Coffee

Dropped by for a birthday beverage and was delighted by the the sweet girl at the walk-up window who spent a little time asking questions about my day, how I was celebrating my birthday and making suggestions based on my likes for my beverage. I felt appreciated and special and never felt rushed. The drink was wonderful. Off the "Secret" menu, a Golden Eagle with nitro cold brew! Yum! I will go out of my way to return to this location.

One of my FAVORITE drinks, is the GOLDEN EAGLE. But the other day, when I went to the bank, the teller and I were talking about Dutch Bros. She told me that I have to try the DINO EGG. 😲🤔 🤷 And, so I did...
I 😍😍😍 it! Yum! 🤗 It has almond, strawberry, and white chocolate. I had it mixed with Rebel. This is a MUST TRY. (LOL, if you dare! ) 🤣

It was my first time to ever try Dutch Bro's, and let me just say, IM OBSESSED! I ordered the Annihilator (i substituted the milk with soy milk) in their largest size and it was amazing! The girl who took my order asked where we were coming in from and we told her we drove all the way from Albuquerque, NM and she gave my husband and I our drinks for free. Love the hospitality and also love that there is a sit down and drive thru option. Definitely need to drive back here soon for another one of their Annihilator ASAP.

Great coffee at Dutch Bros. The staffs friendly and talkative and they always seem to make the coffee great. Well worth a morning pick me up.

Bummer they adjusted the hours and now they open late.

This coffee is so far superior to starbucks in every way. Overall product quality, cost comparison, time spent in drive thru or line to aquire product, staff friendliness and any other metric you can think of.

Got my “BOB” Dutch Bros. Is the beat EVER!! Service is The Best and drinks are heaven in a cup on ice.

I LOVE Dutch Bro's and their employees. However, what I found in my delicious coffee today left me in utter disgust. After drinking 2/3rd's of my caffeinated heaven I noticed something odd suddenly floated to the surface, inside my cup. I initially shrugged it off to be ice catching weird reflections from the flowers on the outside of the cup. BUT as I swirled my straw I realized it was, in fact, a HUGE MOTH! I made sure to include pictures as I was immensely SHOCKED that something THAT BIG was mixed into my drink without being noticed!!!! After loosing my entire breakfast and lunch to the toilette, I decided to call corporate and make this post! I'm sorry Dutch Bro's..... However I still gave two stars as the staff is exceptionally friendly. But... I will NEVER be the same!

This was my first time ever at a Dutch bros, I decided to stop here on a whim. I don’t drink/hate coffee, tea or soda. So I asked if they had lemonade or even a blended straws berry lemonade. They had both so I order both and a water bottle. They lady who took my order was super helpful, and super friendly. AND to top it off she said my order was on them. I couldn’t believe it. What a great first impression. Awesome customer service skills from the person who took my order to the girl who gave me my drinks. The lemonade was pretty nasty, but I don’t even care because I was so impressed. The strawberry lemonade....well that was DELICIOUS! I usually get that at Starbucks but I think I’ll come to Dutch for it now. Thanks for making my first experience at Dutch awesome (and free)!
