The employees here are a 10/10!!!! Even at 6:30 AM. They were super helpful when ordering and super energetic and friendly at the pick up window. Highly recommend!

Nice facility but since this was my first visit I saw the girl at the window talking to a guy and she was in her own conversation she didn't even look back to see throws any cars waiting behind the guy who she was talking to maybe even flirting with and she completely ignore that I was there so I decided not to buy coffee and just drive right through a pasy her. She was the teen at the windows.

LEGIT - the service was so friendly. I ordered the Rebel Energy Drink with a “soft top” and my wife ordered a coconut mocha. Top notch.

Update: LOVE LOVE DUTCH. I get great service. There is one location I go to that is just amazing, and they know me. I switched from starbucks to dutch because I love the tea WAY better.

I work at one of the west valley locations and was super disappointed with my experience today at this Dutch bros. The girl at the window tonight left the window purposely to not talk to us while our drinks were being made which was really sad because I love the conversations at Dutch. Also I ordered a passion water rebel and an eclipse rebel and they were made completely wrong. My fiance’s Lid was leaking at the top as well and the girl at the window let us know prior as she was handing us the drink and told us to just sip it. When I asked her if she could add a drizzle to my eclipse she seemed super annoyed and said “yeah he said there is but I can add it I guess”

Your average coffee stand... nothing outstanding, a few of the employees learn the orders of regulars and out of convenience due to living in the area at the time... I would be considered a regular. The location gets packed OFTEN and it is hard to grab a drink some days. Clean location, run by a younger crew. Drive-thru is "tight" and is only accessible from "N 62nd Pl" as the partition blocks access from their own parking lot to lower internal traffic. Lower stars only due to issues with physical location not with service.

Love this place! Try the rebel blended drink k called unicorn blood. Literally blows anything you'll get from starbucks out of the water. Oh, they also accept google pay. Customer service here can not be beat, always a great experiance.

First time to this DB location and it was great. The staff was wide awake and very welcoming - front window girl was super polite and not afraid to spark a conversation.

The loud music they were playing made everything that much better. They literally made my morning kick-off better through their energy and interactions - not to forget the amazing Rebel drink they created.

Overall super cool spot.

Very slow drive thru. Ive ordered hot espresso and have been served coffee thats been sitting rather than freshly made coffee.

Lucked out and arrived with a short drive thru line, asked for 6 shots of espresso, hot. Should have checked it right there as is came out quit, WAY TOO QUICK. a little ways down the road i take a swig and its cold, like been sitting on the shelf 10 min cold. I go back and ask for a refund, i get to wait 4 to 5 business days for my refund. Never again.
