Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch bros is always fun to go to! They hire people who are personable, excited, knowledgable, and fun. They never hesitate to make drinks over again if it's not what you thought you wanted, they pick great flavor combinations when you ask for a surprise, and they find ways to brighten your day or make a bad day a little better. Dutch has been able to find the cult- following consumer target audience and continually retain satisfied customers.

They take my money almost every morning with a smile. And I keep giving it to them with a similar smile... if you have not yet, try the mocha ninja, its too good to pass up.

Service is always good, and the drinks are even better. Their differentiator is the service, its friendly and happy, even if you dont want to be either of those in the morning. Hurry up morning, come back already!!!

Pretty good coffee but quite high prices. I enjoy their black hot coffee significantly more than Starbucks pikes or dark roast. This place is usually extremely crowded and moves quite slowly also. Sometimes I wish the workers talked less and moved faster.

It's like any other Dutch Bros coffee but its right next to a residential zone so it has very long drive-thru lines in the morning. Other than that, this place has really charming employees and the coffee is good. I'd walk here for a nice cup of coffee in the morning and get greeted warmly by the worker. Four Stars

We love Dutch Bros! I was going to Starbucks regularly, and it was good... But the coffee is WAY better at Dutch Bros, the people are WAY nicer, and they have a large selection of sugar free syrups.

When I would drive by, I always thought the wait was long, but it really isn't that long of a wait. And the coffee is WORTH IT!

Order a white annihilator, with 2 extra shots, or the double torture... You're welcome!

Probably gonna be one of my new favorite stands we will see, the ones around where I live are crazy packed all the time with lines that always almost cause accidents.

I know I could just make my own drinks but on a warm day a iced tea or coffee just sounds so refreshing and dutch hits the spot.

The girls who where at the drive window were the best! The blue carbear (halloween costume) she was fantastic! Thank you again made my whole day

My very first time trying Dutch Bros. The staff was wonderful! I spoke with three different employees and each one had such a lovely attitude. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

Matt helped us out, and has by far the best customer service I have had at a coffee place. Im ecstatic I just found my new main coffee shop before my shifts. Keep being awesome Matt appreciate the help and experience!

Dutch Brothers is great. I never really got hooked on Starbucks but really dig Dutch Brothers. If you've ever been to one you know that their people are nice. I will say that the owners seriously need to consider improving their drive-thru process to include more Lanes or a different layout where they can take cars on both sides. The lines here are ridiculous most of the times that I want to go. I've left several times because I knew was going to take me more than 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee.

I'm honestly such a huge Dutch bro fan. But unfortunately, the manager I believe her name was Shyonnah, gave me such a hard time when I order my drink with almond milk I received 2% instead. When I informed her of my dairy allergy She acted like I was beneath her. I love the staff here the blonde girls are always so sweet to me. But I will not be returning to this location to due the manager unprofessional behavior. I have also have had other incidents with her in the past. I miss the old manger named Kaitlin or Kenzie.
I'm tempted to seek further assistance to figure out these incidents and what plans she will be doing to become a better manager at this stand and to promote Dutch Bros as well as be a leader that her co-workers want to look up to.
When I think of Dutch Bros I think of happy, enthusiastic, genuine employees and I do not see this in her I believe she needs to be retrained for the basic customer service for Dutch Bros.
