Dutch Bros Coffee

Every morning the workers are very slow drive-through is always busy they always have 3 to 4 people on a drive-through but when it's service walking up you always have one person on the register 1 and same person making coffee. Ppl shows up lil bit early before going to work. The staff needs to work more and not that much talking because Dang all they do is talk to the customers and they know there's A-line behind them🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I'm obsessed with this place. The best customer service I have ever seen an any Coffee retail shop ever. It is so worth waiting in the long lines the atmosphere is just so hype and fun just a great experience overall. The best part, my Dog aka best furry friend, enjoys a puppuccino once in a while. So cute!!!

We love this Dutch! Everybody is always very kind and quick to help with anything we need! We love that they always make our dogs feel super welcome and the drinks are always delicious!!

Worker came across very rude. Was with a friend at walk up window that’s never had Dutch so we were looking at the menu from a distance (nobody else was in line) and she very rudely said “are you guys going to order something today???” Out of nowhere as if she’d been waiting on us for 10 min. She never even greeted us (even tho she just got to the window), never asked if we needed a minute, or asked if we needed recommendations. Luckily the drinks were good but that was the rudest Dutch employee I’ve encountered when greeting someone. They’re usually very bubbly employees and greet you nicely.

This is my go to Dutch not only because it's close to my house but because the staff are sweet, they remember me, and I've never had a drink made incorrectly or gotten something I didn't like! They're really good about answering questions if you need milk alternatives or sugar free options too!

@SAM - Big Smile, Fun to talk to and great at recommending drinks. She was hustling and bustling in the line, yet still gave us enough time to talk drinks.

Dutch Bros Coffee Shop has the best coffee and their customer service makes it even more fun!

A perfect place to go if you are looking for an exciting coffee shop with great customer service. They have delicious snacks, awesome drinks and gotta love their branded stickers!

15 cars shouldn't beat 5 people standing in line getting individual drinks. By the time I got to the window they didn't even know how to make the drink I ordered. It was black coffee with espresso in it. That's it. Convert that however you want but they just stared at me flabbergasted. I finally just said I need the strongest hot coffee you've got. I ended up being late for work since it took nearly 30 minutes. Won't bother going back. The coffee wasn't as good as it used to be, I can do better myself at home and won't end up late for work.

LOVE #dutchbros the employees are amazing and always brighten my day. And the drinks are FABULOUS. So many sugar free options. I ditched the other coffee place for DB years ago. Do it you won't regret it.
