Dutch Bros Coffee

So if we were going off of personality this would be five stars. But this is a business and they do mess up your drink pretty frequently. That being said I do go here all the time because I love this place. I just wish the Baristas all made the coffee the same

Kendrick T. is amazing. My order was messed up and he fixed it and replaced them and we come here often and never have any issues and thank goodness they are amazing especially Kendrick, thank you. Kendrick deserve a raise cause he is outstanding at customer service. You guys are amazing.

My daughter's favorite coffee place not only for the coffee but for the iced drinks and smoothies. Tastes good but fore too expensive for what it is. Besides I love the circle k coffee the best out of everywhere I've tasted

I cannot complain about this coffee shop! You can create a drink and make it your own! I don’t come here often, but when I do I am never underestimated! I highly recommend this place if you enjoy different drinks!

This location is the slowest Dutch in the valley. I was in line for over a half hour, that is just ridiculous. Either higher more employees or better ones that aren’t running around talking to their friends. More time working and less time catching up with friends. If you value time do not visit this location at all.

They take soooo long! 30 minutes waiting and I never got my oder taken, I drove straight out of the line from the curb and everything! The walk-up line is 10 times slower it's supposed to be faster get your s*** together Dutch Bros

Unfortunately, star bucks were closed today, the girls at the window were kind but while at the driveline waiting the guy wearing a purple hoodie was just chatting with a bro for too long and kept staring back at me. Which was so annoying I was waiting for like 5 minutes then he went to 2 other people before me. Even the car behind me. And he said he was zigzag. What a *** then asked for a tip and I gave him a tip then he changed his weird voice that was strange and creepy trying to sound menacing. I don't understand why he did it. He is so unprofessional and rude.

My husband waited in line for 20 mins, placed his order the gentleman who took the order was put off. He took payment and did not place the correct order than when he got to the window they messed up the order ENTIRELY. They then said they would correct the mistake but a few minutes later asked my husband FOR HIS "BANK STATEMENTS". To verify that my husband actually paid, because they were too lazy to actually look back on their own records. Is that not the most unprofessional service?! Very sketchy. He logged in and showed the charge - more amenable than I would have been. Starbucks is way better and half a block away. Who even are these people - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

First experience at Dutch Bros and the coffee was great, only issue was sitting at the window for 20 minutes while they trouble shot a machine that stopped working correctly. Otherwise, super friendly staff and can't wait to have Dutch bros again
