I’ve been going to this Dutch location for over two years now and I had to leave a review because Monique was AMAZING (I hope I’m spelling that right) loved her energy and I didn’t catch the other ones name but she was amazing as well. 11/10 experience. Definitely my favorite location.

I know great customer service is what everyone wants in their experience with any company but management really needs to have a talk with these employees at this location. The girl standing outside taking orders spent 5-10 minutes per vehicle just talking. At one point she even reached into someone’s vehicle. I’m assuming her friends were all stopping by but it took 30 minutes for me to place my order after entering the line with only 3 vehicles in front of me and another 15 minutes to receive my coffee. This is unacceptable. I won’t come back to this location.

Love love their coffee. Staff is always nice. They need to find a way to speed up the line. 20 minutes in drive through is crazy. This was on a Sunday. Take out window was also full.

I walked up, put in my order which was a kid's smoothie and a small blended coffee. A guy behind me orders 4 large blended coffees. I stand in the sun waiting 5 minutes for my order. The guy behind me gets his order before me. Then, I ask why and the employee told me we're waiting on the kid smoothie. Then, the smoothie is ready and I remind them I have a coffee as well, which was not yet made. So, I had to wait on that AND they lied because I was obviously waiting on the entire order. They skipped my order entirely, had me waiting in the sun for 15 minutes for my two simple drinks, and couldn't even apologize. Horrible customer service!! Not to mention, I tipped them $3 for that horrible customer service, and my kid's smoothie was melted by the time I got home because I had to hold it in the sun as I waited for the coffee that wasn't yet made either. If it's possible, I would like the $3 for that tip reimbursed. I also will not be tipping at this location ever again, and will do all I can to avoid this location in general. I go to Dutch Bros at least once a day, today it was twice! You've lost a lot of money because your employees can't apologize.

I've loved this place since I saw it on "Undercover Boss", but now I love it even more because I see how much they pride themselves on quality. Also, they treat their employees so well. I don't know where wish your can get great coffee, great smoothies, great blended drinks and great service. I never feel bad paying $5, plus tip, for drinks there. The quality never varies and the service is always top notch.

Do not go here if you have any type of schedule to stick too. We went yesterday for a quick hot cocoa for my kids and ended up waiting 45 minutes with no drinks. We finally asked for a refund when we realized nothing was moving (not the drive-through or walk-up) the staff is nice but they need to figure out a way to be quicker. Usually, a 20-minute wait isn't a big deal but 45 minutes for 3 drinks is crazy.

They are always happy, and I love getting my peach smoothie every time. Never had a bad experience. They always ask how your day is going or what you are up to.

50 mins in drive thru for ONE drink. I would have just drove away but no where to exit the line. These young adults need to learn how to pick up the speed and how to not spend 15 mins per car. The line was only 4 cars in front of me but still took 50 mins. Then had the Audacity to ask me for a tip at the window when I already gave them one that i regret giving them. I refused a second tip and the girl that was working the window became rude. I use to go to this location all the time but now I remember why I stopped going to this location. Also note that not one of your staff members need to attempt to reach in my car for ANY reason. The owner needs to put these workers in check. Still debating on getting intouch with corporate because of the girl that tried reaching in my car then walked away when I pushed her arm out. There was nothing for her to grab so not sure what she wanted.
