Horrible horrible horrible… I get being a happy go lucky place, but to go out of your way to say “Hey you have a nice face but it doesn’t match your body” is out of line.. basically calling someone fat while paying money at your place is just mind blowing.. learn how to talk to people or don’t have people like this talking at all. Spent lots of money here and I can tell you that I won’t be coming to this location again.

I had an amazing experience. My little sister wanted a smoothie but she is allergic to dairy products. I asked the lady who took our order and she RAN all the way to her manager to ask if there were milk in the smoothies. Then when we got our order the manager made sure to tell us that there was no dairy and that they cleaned their tools before making it for her. Even wrote "all clean:)" on her kids cup. I have been blown away with this experience. Thank you dutch bros!!!

I go to this location often since I live down the street and the service is fantastic every time! They're efficient, friendly, and drinks are always made correct. I'm often in a hurry taking the kids to school then getting to work afterwards and it's always quick to get my coffee even with a long line. Keep up the good work 🙌

Okay the only thing I can say because I've only been to this place twice. The prices are way too much for the product. I dislike my drinks. I actually threw it away vs going back into that huge line. Went back because you know, you don't let one bad experience discourage you. Nope. Second trip same thing. I don't understand the huge lines. I can't comprehend why? At least for me and my family it's a no thank you. I would not give lower rating due to the fact that the staff was super friendly each visit. They tried to suggest drinks per my request on their opinions. Patient with my questions too. This place was really nice. But not for me or my family. If you like them. They are amazing people working there.

Ciffe drinks were really good and the service was quick and friendly. We went on Sticker day! Seriously people create INSANE lines here to get a sticker! At least they work fast.

My boyfriend and I are always here! Everyone is always so friendly. Paige has been awesome to me both times I’ve interacted with her. Highly recommend this location.

37 minutes! Took a total of 37 minutes to make my 1 drink. 37 minutes from when I approached the walk up window to the moment I was handed my drink. This is absolutely a joke! I don’t if it’s just the quality of worker in San Tan or what. Never again will I use this location, I’d rather drive another 15 minutes.

Easily the slowest location I have ever been to. Drive thru is usually a solid 20 minutes and don’t even bother with the walk up window. That’s always 30 minutes or more. The staff at this location just doesn’t seem to have the hustle in them to move with a purpose. Avoid this location if you value your time.

While this place, just like the others, is busy often they seem to move quickly which is why I stop most of the time. Because even if I see a line I can be sure it won't take too long. Great job!

Awesome employees. Happy as can be regardless of the heat. Efficiently takes your orders while handling multiple distractions. Never had a bad drink from this place. 5 stars for attitudes and customer service.
