Jade was absolutely fabulous this morning! She has amazing customer service skills and is always super knowledgeable. Everyone is awesome here but she outdid herself this morning! Thank you,, Jade!

The workers were really nice. They talked to you about their day. The drinks were amazing.

I am a regular customer of my local Dutch bros. I was having a horrible day. I stopped in to get a coffee and the server asked me how my day was going. I told her she didn't want ne to answer that. She asked what happened. I normally wouldn't have shared but I told her. She told me she was buying my drink for me. I told her she did not need to. When I got to the window she had. I gave her rave reviews to the lady at the window. I left her a 10 dollar tip. When I got my drink, it had a note saying we love you and have a great day. I drove away with happy tears in my eyes and my faith in humanity restored. She will never know how much that helped me. Great customer service at the Dutch Bros on Gatzel. Amazing.

The only reason I took a star away from the food category of this Dutch Bros is that they don't carry the full menu of food products. They only have the muffin tops. I miss my coffee cake :(

I love this place! Dutch bro can make almost all of their drinks sugar free and they taste great. My favorite drink they have is a golden eagle I have them make it with non fat and sugar free and there is virtually no guilt and it taste’s great.
This is my favorite way to tray myself.

Awesome customer service! I went on free sticker day, first of the month. The line was crazy long, out to the main road. I guess everyone loves Dutch Bros. I can see why though. They had employees out with mobile devices going car to car getting orders as fast as possible. Considering the crazy line to get coffee, they did a grade A job and were super friendly, helpful and all had great attitudes. Oh, and the coffee was great!

Today was almost an hour wait. They were so busy. But I was met with cheerful employees. Keep up the great work. My coffee was amazing. Worth the wait. ❤ I highly recommend

Love their coffee service is fast. Coffee is not bitter like Starbucks. Only wished they would put one on Hunt hwy in San Tan Valley Az. It would be hopping just like the one on Ganzel just pass combs. The kits who take your order are great friendly and very polite keep up the great job fill one coffee order at a time.
