Dutch Bros Coffee

Good drinks every time, consistent with other locations I have been to. This location though, one of the employees freestyles at you in the drive through window! The first time I thought maybe he had too much Rebel, but it has been four or five times now. It's always fun! Ugh.. wanna rap back so bad! Ha!

Haley on Gantzel is AMAZING and the customer service and patience while ordering drinks/answering questions was impressive. Thank you for the great service and kindness, Haley! We will be coming back for sure!!

the past few times I’ve been here my coffee hasn’t had any flavor 😕I always get my white coffee white annihilator and it just tastes like coffee and cream.

Stop for daughter's birthday to get her free coffee and purchase 2 others. Place is busy,long line but worth the wait. Best coffee ever.

Another Dutch Bros needs to come out and train this Dutch Bros and show them how it’s supposed to be done!!!!!! There’s a line out to the road and not one person taking orders.

Great plce for coffe drinks. A little expensive, but a nice treat.

Slowest location in valley everytime at this location its 40+ mins for just 1 drink.

This location was once one of my favorites. Unfortunately the personnel has become an issue over the last 6 months or so. Likely a product of staffing challenges the service industry is experiencing but it’s unfortunate to see a good company lower their standards like this location has done. The service is slow, they touch your lid after handling money without washing their hands, and it doesn’t seem they have any supervision to hold the kids that work there accountable. I’d recommend driving a little further for better and cleaner service.

I was with my friend getting a carpool and the place was pretty but we still got our items fairly quickly. The service was very social at the window and not awkward or a cut off one sided where's the card and here's your food. And I would absolutely recommend if you love coffee and good service

I was at Dutch Bros yesterday and had an amazing girl Paige help me out. She was so kind and shined so brightly as she explained different coffees for me. Since I’ve only been used to Starbucks. I will be back to Dutch Bros because she was so amazing and the coffee was great too but it was the service that made my early evening! Thank you Paige!
