Four Silos Craft Coffee & Beer House

We’ve been to Four Silos quite a bit, and every time we leave there, we leave extremely satisfied. They have a very chill environment, with happy staff, and feel good music with a great vibe. The food is outstanding! I especially like their Swiss Turk with pesto, and their fresh, warm cinnamon rolls. Pizzas are super flavorful, too! Head over to Four Silos and you will be glad you did. Choose from their fantastic menu options. Don’t forget, they also have plenty of fabulous craft beers, coffee, and wine. Great job, Four Silos!!

After seeing some reviews of Four Silos, it’s disappointing that people are giving it 1 star because of the mask policy and that’s all they base their review on. My wife and I LOVE Four Silos. We drive 25 minutes just to come eat here. I love being able to walk in and we don’t have to worry about having a mask on and get to see people being happy instead of living in fear. Four Silos is a blessing and we love the food, the drinks, the service is incredible and the owner is a great person! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

The staff here is so friendly and happy to help out! We've ordered takeout as well as sat on the patio and had lunch. The food is great. Their cauliflower crust pizza is delicious... I've had a few different kinds but the meat lovers one is my favorite. You absolutely have to try the espresso tonic (pictured here) if you are looking for caffeine! It looks amazing in their custom mason jar-ish mug and tastes great too!

Great drinks, and a great atmosphere in a nice and easily accessible area of town. The food menu could have a bit more variety, but the food was good either way!

SO happy this is here! We enjoyed our first visit - beer selection was solid, and the bacon ranch pizza (cauliflower crust) was great. They have several of their own beers on tap ranging from a Pilsner to a Double IPA, and also a few more local beers as well. We did two flights so we could taste everything, and ended up with an Oktoberfest pint. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and even offered our daughter a cherry lemonade (which was REALLY good!)

The space is quaint with a really good flow of traffic due to excellent design. The interior details were well thought-out with the customer in mind - I can see this being a business meeting spot during the week, happy hour in the evening, date night on the weekend, and coffee and a book on a Saturday or Sunday morning. The bar chairs are comfortable and interior lighting warm, with a larger outdoor patio space.

Ordering is easy - you just walk up to the counter and order, then choose your seat. We will definitely be back soon to try their coffees, and will be regulars! Congrats to the owners on a job well done!

Good beer, nice variety of beer styles. The coffee was also very good. I almost deducted a star because the pizza is only available with gluten free cauliflower crust, but it was surprisingly good!

This place is super cute and close to my house! I love their coffees and food. The servers are always polite and sweet. I love sitting in the outdoor area when the weather is not making me feel like I'm on fire.

Very impressed with their beers! Great variety of styles & quality. The service was even better. These folks are passionate & engaging. This is where you wanna spend your money & time. We’ll be back for the live music, Thur - Sun. 😻

Four Silos is a hidden gem in Gilbert! It is a must! It is locally owned and operated. The owners are absolutely wonderful people! Its the perfect place to enjoy craft coffee, craft beer and delicious bites to eat while you study, work, meet with friends, or come with family! The staff is friendly and inviting and will recommend the best drinks! You won't be disappointed!
