This was one of the highlights of our family trip for the Mesa-Phoenix Marathon, and such a cool little find! GREAT service, delicious beers (I had a flight) and amazing food, too! If you ask the servers, they have great suggestions! My family was happy and full of cheer after our marathon victories and dining and drinking here. Can't wait to return!

Updated: Appreciate the response, had to downgrade to 2 stars, $9 for an 8 oz beer is outrageous! I can buy a 6 pack at Total Wine of 8%+ for that price and quality, and that's 60 oz... It's been my experience that when an establishment doesn't list their Happy Hour Menu or list their beer prices it's because they overcharge. Four Silos is no exception. I'd assume Happy Hour is probably 3-5pm with a dollar off beers, makes the beers only double what they should be. I hope to be wrong, but high prices usually means unusual quality or experience, this isn't either.
Original 3*: Went for an early dinner. Paninis were good, reasonable price for a sandwich, staff was friendly. Not set up for family dining unless your family consists of 2 and the tables wobble which shouldn't happen for a new establishment. Tried the Double IPA, was good but the price of beer is way too high. Unfortunately I am simply not in the market for a $9, 12 oz beer and don't show up to breweries unless I want a beer. Would prefer to help my neighborhood business but won't overpay to do so. Was looking forward to stopping for some good beers with a few friends after a long commute, but sorry guys, maybe I'll try again next year.

Didn’t know what to expect with a couple of the negative reviews, but haters are going to hate. I had a pretzel for an appetizer (nice and hot) and the meat lovers pizza. The cauliflower crust was delicious, good amount of sauce and toppings that made this a great pizza! I’m not a beer drinker, but my friends all had seconds and thirds, so it must be worth the cost. If you want cheap beer, than I guess you buy a 12 pack of natural ice on your way home from the grocery store. I enjoyed “the dude” Frappuccino with my pizza. I’ll definitely be back!
Updated 8-15-2020. Still has awesome food, drinks and a great atmosphere!

It's a nice, relaxing atmosphere with good beer and food. The few times I visited, they opted to play a few religious songs, which I found off-putting. It's hard to focus on work when it feels like you're being preached to. Other than that, I really enjoyed the pizza and beers that I had. Their website could also use a bit of an update. Currently, their drink menu all has the same stock message "Describe this beverage. Say something Cool or whatever.".

Four Silos is the “Cheers” of Arizona. We need places like this in every neighborhood in the US. A place that is locally owned, where the owner is every day, where the staff remembers your name, and your friends and family meet to connect and laugh! The beer is awesome (local brew!) and the food is made fresh in house. Top all of the above off with cool decor and a nice patio and you have the place in town. Thank you Four Silos for keeping the community together!!! 👍👍

Staff is always super friendly and helpful with choosing something to drink. Cool atmosphere and great music that plays in the background. I’ve had a few different types of coffee here and they are all delicious. Friends I’ve gone with say they have great beer choices. Overall 5 stars. My favorite coffee stop in Gilbert.

I happened to come here on a busy Saturday night and I had to wait a good long while to get my 1 drink. That said, once it was realized that a few orders had gotten mixed up, I was taken care of right away! The nicest gentleman had re-taken my order and his friendliness and kindness made the wait well worth it. The drink was great too! I didn't catch the kind gentleman's name but, sir, if you are reading this thank you!

My wife and I just moved to town and decided to give 4 silos a try. We sat for over an hour waiting for our food. Nobody came and checked on us. I had to flag down a waitress and ask if our food was almost ready. She returned to tell me it hadn’t been started and she wasn’t sure what happen to our order.
We politely said just close out our tab so we can go somewhere else as we had already waited far too long for food.
She cashed us out, charged us full price for our 1/2 beer we drank and moved on to the next customer.
Worst experience so far since we moved to Gilbert. We will definitely not be going back, absolutely terrible customer service.

I'm so excited to leave this review. If you're looking for espresso shots done right, this is the place! I've been in Arizona for a year and today I had the first good latte in that time. I used to be a barista, and could go in whenever and make my own drinks, so I'm a little particular. The baristas here know how to make a shot of espresso. I'm so excited to come back! Bravo, baristas!

Came here for coffee with my girlfriend and her mom; it didn't disappoint! I got the espresso lavender tonic, and it was absolutely wonderful -- the lavender didn't overwhelm the flavor of the espresso and vice versa. My girlfriend, a chai aficionado, got the iced chai and approved of it with five stars. We also got the meat and cheese board and it was very good! Service was excellent as well. I'll make sure to come back here as often as I can!
