Great service. Friendly staff. Good food.
The power went out while we were there. They handled it perfectly with professionalism and humor. If we are ever in Florence again, we will definitely go back.

Best chicken fried steak I have ever had. Large portions, small price. I saw a ultimate bacon cheeseburger on the menu with fries for under 10 bucks that I want to try next time.

Food was amazing! If you g chance drop by and enjoy their food! Wait staff was friendly and helpful. The catfish is a true treat.

Does not give you a good portion of the food. My wife got 7 french fries with her burger (SEVEN!) Our waitress Forgets to bring drinks/condiments and food items. Took forever to get food. And For the price I will choose something else next time

Pleasantly surprised by this quaint little restaurant for breakfast! Staff was so friendly and inviting. Our food was excellent! Chicken fried chicken skillet was so yummy! I highly recommend! We will be back!

Quality food & excellent service. Not many choices for a place to eat, so be thankful that this place is quite good.

Food was really good, great portions, service was great and fast. Only bad thing was that we were seated right next to register + entrance , so social distancing was not followed while people were hovering over us to pay their bill, kinda off putting especially during a pandemic

Wonderful place to eat! Was pleasantly surprised with the cheap prices and quality of the food, facilities and friendliness of the staff! Prices were excellent for the large portions and the bill was actually much less than anticipated originally for such a high star rated cafe! Definitely would recommend this place for anybody traveling through or visiting Florence Arizona!

Excellent atmosphere with friendly staff and clean establishment. Good food and plentiful. A great place for breakfast and lunch. I will go again and recommend it to anyone else.

Last few times we’ve eaten at Florence Cafe (we’re snow birds and spend winters in Florence), wait times for food have been excessive (~40 minutes). We usually order breakfast, and last time we went the hash browns were BURNT! Staff offered apologies, but didn’t do anything about it. Today my wife ordered the Ultimate Skillet, which was $8+. Her first bite included very cold, uncooked sausage. My wife thought it was frozen, but waitress said it couldn’t have been, because they don’t buy frozen sausages. Not really the point of the complaint, and bad form to argue with the customer. The sausages were definitely cold and NOT COOKED! Manager’s solution was to bring my wife a small bowl to place the sausages she picked out of her breakfast! When I went to pay the bill, I told cashier I didn’t think I should have to pay for my wife’s breakfast. She called the manager over, who then took $2.00 off our bill! When I disagreed with this offer, manager said, “Well, she ate some of it didn’t she?” Needless to say, we will be eating in neighboring Coolidge from now on, which will also eliminate shopping at other Florence businesses. Very poor choice by Florence Cafe.
