The food is always consistently excellent... The last time i was there i had the special which was the Western Bacon Burger and it was amazing... Thumbs up all the way!!!

Great food, super service, friendly atmosphere and clean restrooms! What more could you want?

If you don't get the chicken fried steak than what are you doing there, definitely some of the best I've ever had

Darling little establishment just next door almost! Friendly, fast service. My food was not cooked the way I wanted. They quickly adjusted it and the feast ensued as anticipated. Delightful experience and it's in the neighborhood!! Yeah!

Whaaat?!? We have now dined here twice and both occasions was marvelous! The ladies working this constantly busy cafe' are ALWAYS courteous & kind. The food is super slammin' and finger lickin' good! Whenever we are in the area, we will definitely make this a pit stop before heading back out on the road...again 😁🚛

Finally found amazing food, great feel, and wonderful prices in one place!! The Florence Cafe is literally the BEST cafe in the East valley!! The aura is very comfortable, the food is AMAZING, the food is good old fashioned home cooked bliss, the portions are huge, the prices are very affordable, and their people are friendly, fast, and just plain awesome!! Love love love this place!! You should definitely stop in and try a plate, you won't be sorry!! A+++!!

I've been here on more than one occasion so overall I would say that Florence Cafe is pretty good. The food is good and reminds me of the home cooked meals that my mother and grandmother prepare for me growing up. I would have to say that the chicken fried steak has been my favorite thing that I've had here so far. The service here seems to be a bit variable however 2 out of the 3 times that I have visited it was great.

Food was devious. Service needs to improve. Waitress was very loud, did not pay attention to our table no refills, set the syrup down and spilled it on the table then put the bill right in the syrup and then did the same thing with the take out container. When I mentioned this to her she ignored what I said and was passive aggressive. Not every person is deaf quit screaming at the customers.
