Florence Cafe

The food is delicious. I have been there a few times and each time has been great. The people are nice and I love that they have specials that change things up.

We eat here once a week. Awesome service, great food, and everyone is friendly. This little mom and pop place is one to not miss! Probably the best chicken fried steak I've had in years. Big fluffy omelets, homecooked biscuits, great pricing. Just wish they didn't close so early!

Seated right away. Got coffee right away and took my order too. There was a little wait for my food but was delicious and plenty of it too. Lots of people coming and going.

It was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. The staff was great. It was my first time visiting the Cafe, but certainly not the last even thought it's 100 miles round trip.

Oh my Goodness! Cheeseburger was on a fresh toasted bun. That was fantastic. Fries are delicious 😋. Food was hot and fresh...staff was so sweet and happy. GOOD VIBES FOR SURE. Service was fast.

Great service and very good food and reasonably priced. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago from Cancer so I don't eat as much as I used to so the portion of my Chicken Fried Steak skillet was Perfect for me but might be on the lighter side if your a big eater.

We have eaten here about 10 times and each time it was great. Prices are fair and food has always been fresh.
On the weekends there can and usually will be a wait.
Coffee is good. We never had a problem with service. The place is always clean.
I see some negative reviews about this place about food not being fresh. That is BS. I'm pretty picky about my food and this place does not serve frozen food and ita always fresh and tasting great. We give it a thumbs up.

What a great find.. We were just getting to Florence and looking for a new place to eat. Glad we stopped here. I ordered the Green chili Swiss burger ( medium pink) and onion rings..husband ordered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and soup, (potato soup)
Everything was delicious. Hamburger was excellent..pink and juicy. My husband's plate could have fed 3 people easy. The prices were very reasonable. We'll be back and bringing friends.

We arrived shortly before their closing time. The service and food was delicious and in no way did we feeled rushed. I was really impressed with the extensive cleaning everyone was doing during their closing procedures. Booths were moved away from the walls. Walls and floors washed and booths wiped down prior to setting back in place. This restaurant deserves a five star rating for service, food prep and cleanliness.

The waitress, Tammy was great. She was super friendly, very helpful and patient with me and my complicated order. I'm a vegetarian and I'm also on a no/low carb diet. My order took a really long time to come out but Tammy reassured me it was on the house do too the wait time. I was very surprised and thankful for the good service so I gave her a generous tip. Always tip your server if they are good to you and even if they aren't, this is how they make a living. Don't forget to pay it forward.
